Ute (10/5): Amazing. We hope to return! - Yiannis’s two-bedroom apartment was absolutely amazing – one of the best places I’ve stayed in Athens! Everything was perfect, from smooth communication to the moment we left (even when Yiannis kindly looked after us after we forgot something). The apartment is in a fantastic location, in a vibrant part of the city, and within walking distance to Mount Lycabettus. It’s beautifully kept, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. Alina (10/5): - I am very happy that I chose this apartment for my vacation in Athens. The apartment is very bright, clean, equipped with everything necessary for comfort. It was very nice that they took care of all the little things. In the bathroom there were disposable toothbrushes, cotton pads, shaving cream and most importantly - SPF cream (very thoughtful). Special thanks to Yiannis. This person was in touch 24/7, helped with all questions and gave recommendations for the best vacation. On the last day we had a late flight, it was +40 outside and my husband and I did not know what to do. Yiannis allowed us to stay in the apartment until 4.30 pm without any extra charges. And we were able to go straight from the apartment to the airport. Once again, many thanks.

Ishaan (10/5): Wonderful! - Giannis is a wonderful host and the apartment is ideal for one or two people! It’s exactly as described, maybe better haha. I spent a month in Athens and am familiar with the neighborhood and city. It’s located in a great part with lots of bars and restaurants around, yet quiet at night. The apartment itself is fresh and very well maintained + has wonderful lighting. Didn’t have any issues thru my stay and Giannis was very generous with arranging for a cleaning and such given I was there for an extended period. He was always available via WhatsApp and it just made everything so comfortable. Definitely going to stay here for all my future stays.
