• Teresa (10/5): - Everything was excellent: the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. A special mention should go to the breakfast — the scrambled eggs were delicious, and the pancakes were absolutely yummy.
• Trinity (9/5): No complaints! - Fantastic location, five / ten minute walk to NDK. Front desk lady was nice. Room was clean, comfortable, and had character. It’s a little more expensive than some other hotels, but it’s a lot nicer.

• Bruna (6/5): Accettabile per risparmiare per poche notti. - Buona la posizione, a circa 15 min a piedi da tutte le attrazione principali. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro per l’aeroporto. Un albergo abbastanza datato ma la stanza grande con il necessario. Stanza pulita tranne la moquette. La moquette in stanza sporchissima, probabilmente macchie che non sono uscite col tempo. Il bagno un po datato ma passabile. Il phon vecchio e lento. La colazione poca è sempre uguale comincia alle 07:00. Il primo giorno sono arrivata alle 07:30 ed era già finito tutto. Il personale poco empatico, non ti guardano neanche in faccia e a fatica rispondono al saluto. Quando sono arrivata mi ha fatto il check in una ragazza con in mano un panino e ha continuato a mangiare mentre mi faceva il check in, sul desk pacchi di patatine aperte sigarette e accendino.

• Yovka (9/5): - Хотелът е с много добра локация до НДК- 5-10мин пеша. Персоналът е любезен и обстановката е приятна. Може да се направят някой промени относно вътрешен интериор. В стаята, в която бяхме отседнали завесите бяха протрити, сифонът на мивката липсваше.

• Peter (8/5): - Having stayed at this Hotel on many past occasions, it was a pleasure to stay there again for a 3 night break with friends. The reception we received on arrival was friendly and informative. The bedrooms were available earlier than expected and were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with soaps, shampoo etc and once again was extremely clean. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. The bar area was a little cramped and the bar not as well-stocked as on previous visits. The coffee machine in the dining room was rather slow and I prefer fresh coffee served at the table.

• Zita (7/5): - A localização era boa. Os colaboradores simpáticos. O pequeno almoço era sofrível, com pouca variedade pese embora a boa vontade dos colaboradores. Estamos a avaliar um hotel de 4 estrelas pelo que se espera que corresponda à categoria. O hotel é muito antigo, estávamos numa suíte, embora o quarto fosse grande, a maioria das lâmpadas estavam fundidas, demasiado quente sem que se conseguisse controlar a temperatura (pedi na recepção para desligar o aquecimento no quarto, o que aconteceu só no dia seguinte), cortinas velhas e em falta, os blackouts não tapavam as janelas na totalidade o que fazia acordar de madrugada com a intensidade da luz.

Mimo nazwy, hotel nie jest niestety położony w ścisłym centrum stolicy, a jednak kwadrans w obu kierunkach. Śniadanie zbyt ubogie na przyzwyczajenia gości z północnej Europy. Parking tylko szczęśliwym zrządzeniem losu i terminem przed sezonem, dostępny przy sąsiedniej ulicy, płatny nie w hotelu. Niedostępne zagraniczne kanały TV w ****hotelu, to w dzisiejszych czasach ujma.

Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a variety of choices so that I could have something different each day. My room was huge! Much bigger than expected. I wonder if they upgraded my room but didn’t tell me. I prefer a hotel that restocks my water each day.

• Beáta (10/5): Top ubytovanie s top personálom a službami, vrele odporúčam. - Perfektný personál, skutočne profesionálne jednanie a nadštandardná ústretovosť, preto tam chodievam opakovane. Stačí otvoriť vstupné dvere a personál Vás víta úsmevom a skutočne tešia sa na Vás. Ak potrebujete pomôcť napr. nechať si ešte batožinu pri odchode, pretože nestiháte úschovňu, nie je problém nikdy s ničím. Takýto personál by som si skutočne priala aj v iných destináciách. Za tie roky som nenašla žiadny problém ani vec na vylepšenie. Manažment hotela na zvyšovaní kvality služieb neustále pracuje, to je viditeľné pri dlhoročných opakovaných návštevách, keďže to môžem hodnotiť z pohľadu viac rokov.

Оказа се, че в хотела се пуши, персонала е най - нелюбезният, който можете да срещнете в София, всяко нещо, което ние или нашият гост даваше като обратно връзка беше отричано от управителя и персонал. Наложи се да преместим госта в друг хотел след само две нощувки. Въпреки всичко, хотела отказва да възстанови платената сума, невероятна наглост и непрофесионализъм. Бягайте далеч от този хотел. Нищо не ни хареса, имахме изключително неприятно изживяване с този хотел. Добре че преместихме госта в друг хотел, за да компенсираме малко това, което те ни причиниха.
