• Athnoliah (1/5): We were scammed and we want a full refund - Nothing we never even got inside the place. Good day, I would like to formally report an issue regarding a booking we made through Booking.com on the 15th of May 2026, which was supposed to be a one night stay in, x3 adults from the 16- 17 May 2026.Upon arriving at the provided address(10 centre Road Sandton, 2057 Johannesburg), we discovered that the address is strictly for residential area, not for bookings and the accommodation does not exist as advertised. We tried to call her( the hoster) but she was unreachable. We were told by the security that the person responsible for fraudulent accommodation is Carol and left last year October. The full payment(R1152) has already been taken from us, which is extremely concerning. We believe this listing may be fraudulent and request that this matter be urgently investigated.We would also like to request a full refund as we were unable to access or locate the accommodation booked. • Carice-lee (5/5): Let down - Furnishings , and location 1. Waiting at the door for 25 minutes is out. 2. The fact that it's not serviced daily is a bummer because the guest must worry about dishes beds cleaning and throwing garbage away near the tennis courts which is God knows where. 3. The fact that we couldn't watch TV at all that open view decoder and cabling just didn't work and that was irritating. I couldn't even stream from my own accounts. 4. Sunday the wifi had been suspended. 5. Biggest problem is refusal by the gate staff to let cabs in and out. We literally had to brave the rain and walk ALL the way to the gate to open. Carol or Caroline gave us a code for in and out and not even that worked. 6. If she can resolve all these issues especially gate access and the TVs it would be a great place to use.
