- John (2/5): Meh - The view Not clean, mold in shower , ciggerate ash everywhere over balcony including hidden ciggerete butts, no information inside room, like WiFi or general information where stuff in building is located , then miscommunication with the people the hold keys, causing back and foward conversations with client about returning key. Beds, towels and pillows were old and not comftable. First bad review ever listed in my time with booking.com
- Karissa (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was in a fantastic location, just near Southern Cross Station, which made getting around very convenient. The host was accommodating in offering a late check out as there was no booking the following night. Upon arrival we had to contact host as we had booked for more than four guests and the sofa bed had not been prepared, nor was there linen left for us to do ourselves. Apartment unfortunately had a few cleanliness issues. The microwave and oven had leftover food scraps, and the dishwasher still had dirty dishes from previous guests. The shower was not properly cleaned either, with hair left in the drain and around the area. The towels provided had various stains on them.
- Gaven (4/5): Great location, disappointing stay - Location to train station and food options great. On arrival at 5:30pm the room had not been cleaned from previous occupant. Had to leave to allow cleaners to access, this was very inconvenient after a long flight. Host was responsive, left $100 for inconvenience. Bathroom light did not work, and incredibly noisy plumping sound from pipes every time someone upstairs showered all hours of the night. We had to empty washing machine and dryer. Linen was threadbare and just an overall run down sense. Host was nice and apologetic.
- Megan (3/5): Location was good…need fo focus on cleanliness and getting more keys - Location Lifts - took way too long and had a massive line up. Linen and towels has stains on them…were still in washing machine and dryer when we arrived Microwave wasn’t cleaned properly and had paper towel stuck to it. Only 1 key for 3 people is unacceptable
