It’s very clean and close to stores just a stone throw away. It’s a very convenient location which is close to central Malaga and the beach. The TV needs changing. Netflix does not work, tv channels also do not work, plus, the couch is very old and uncomfortable. The biggest thing that needs changing are the two TVs. They are very old and the apps do not work. Also, the Internet stopped working on our last day, which was a little bit frustrating.

• Monika (1/5): Kompletna pomyłka- mieszkanie nie nadaje się do użytku tym bardziej daltonizm z dziećmi. - W obiekcie na mi się nie podobało - nie mam pojęcia skąd tak dobre opinie Po pierwsze nie jest to mieszkanie dla ludzi idzie z dziećmi- windą jest tak mała że mieszczą się dwie osoby a ze względu na to ze mieszkanie znajdowało się na 4 piętrze - nie możliwością było chodzenie po stromych schodach z dwójką dzieci - a zawiezienie wózka mimo że był złożony niemożliwe. Grzyb i wilgoć przoduje- każda ściana pokryta grzybem a rano człowiek budzi się mokry. Żeby tego było mało - mrówki z samego rana wszędzie w cały domu czerwone mrówki - wychodziły zewsząd. Nie dość że każdy od razu miał objawy infekcji to dodatkowo pogryzienia od mrówek - totalnie obrzydliwe mieszkanie. Przy stole krzesła na których nie dało się usiąść z cal rodziną z powodu dziur w siedzeniach. Prysznic cały zagrzybiony - kafelki ledwo się trzymały- po mimo kontaktu z osobą odpowiedzialną - zero odzewu i podany błędny email na który mieliśmy przesłać zdjęcia - i szok ze o niczym nie wiedzieli ?? Jak można nie sprawdzać swoich mieszkań ? Ani razu nikt do nas nie dotarł żeby choćby wymienić ręczniki chociaż za sprzątanie słono się płaci.

• Matti (9/5): Matti - Sijainti on mahtava. Malagan hienot kävelykadut aivan lähellä (200m). Huone on hieno ja hyvin varustettu. Pikku parvekkeelta näkymä kadulle. Hissi oli todella pieni, mutta tuli suoraan huoneistoon! Kauppa josta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen on ihan vieressä. Pääovesta koodilla sisään pääsy oli haastava. Auringonvalo sokaisi, jolloin näppäimet eivät näkyneet. Virhenäppäilyjä tuli runsaasti. Illalla ei ollut ongelmaa ja toimi kunhan painoi näppäimet tarkasti. Sisällä oleva mekaaninen avainlokerikko erittäin tarkka siitä, että numerot oli kohdallaan. Kaikki kyllä toimi alkuvaikeuksien jälkeen.

Fajnie, że mogłam zrobić zameldowanie on-line i dostałam kody do drzwi i boxu z kluczami. Na przeciwko sklep spożywczy Dia, także to co potrzeba pod ręką. Stare miasto zaraz za rogiem także w ciągu 3 minut można było już gubić się wśród uliczek starego miasta, 10 min do katedry, Alcazaba, 20 min na plażę , 15 min do portu. Apartament przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżko. Świetne rozwiązanie z windą bezpośrednio z apartamentu. Winda malutka na 2 osoby ale dawała ulgę dostać się na 3 piętro kamienicy. Klatka schodowa bardzo wąska i wysokie stopnie, kręta jak w latarni, także winda to luksus. Miła obsługa i bezproblemowy kontakt przez whatsapp czy mail. Polecam to miejsce. Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że obiekt znajduje się w centrum i wieczorem jest bardzo głośno a weekend tj. piątek, sobota, niedziela jest głośno do samego rana a w pokoju słychać tak jakbyś był w centrum imprezy. Brakowało rolet zew. lub zamykanych okiennic żeby mogłoby być ciszej. Mieliśmy apartament na 3 piętrze. Jeśli chodzi o okna to zasłony które wiszą ciężko przesunąć, przydałby się na ścianę uchwyty, aby zaczepić zasłonę i mieć odsłonięte okno, bo południu pięknie wpadało słońce. 3 dni nie działa winda. Miło by było gdyby na wyposażeniu były zawsze sól, pieprz, cukier, kawa czy herbata. W garderobie sejf - brak informacji jak można z niego korzystać.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Kolejny bardzo udany pobyt w przepięknej Maladze - Położenie apartamentu w doskonałym miejscu Malagi. B.blisko Plaza Merced. W pobliżu budynku wiele miejsc atrakcyjnych dla turysty , sklepy spożywcze , restauracje , kawiarnie. Plaża Malagueta w odl 15-20 min spaceru. Ponieważ był to mój już 6 pobyt w tym mieście więc bez wahania zdecydowałem się na taką lokalizację. Świetny wariant z windą szczególnie przydatny po powrocie z długich spacerów lub z zakupami. Bardzo czysto i wszystko z wyposażenia kuchennego było OK. Ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Ponarzekać można na materac w łóżku. Dla nas zdecydowanie zbyt miękki i wyrobiony ale każdy ma swój komfort snu indywidualny. Także ratanowe krzesła w pokoju nadają się już do wymiany. Nie korzystam z klimatyzacji bo nie lubię ale oczywiście była. Dwa odbiorniki TV. Trochę głośna ulica wieczorami i w nocy ale to urok Malagi.
• Aneta (9/5): - Mieszkanko naprawdę spore, na miejscu winda (najmniejsza jaką kiedykolwiek widziałam, ale spełniała swoje zadanie) i dobrze wyposażone- faktycznie, brak przypraw, oleju czy kawy. W super lokalizacji- blisko starego miasta, tuz onok sklep spozywczy, ale też małe bary, gdzie ludzie bawili się do 2-3 nad ranem. Kontakt z ludźmi odpowiedzialnymi za wynajem- nie jest normalne, żebym o godzinie zameldowania- tuż przed 15- stała w strugach deszczu i nadal nie dostała potrzebnych kodów! Przy czym wysłałam im wiadomość już po 13 z pytaniem co jest? Odpisali mi 14:50, że sprzątanie nie jest skończone i mam czekać.... Niepoważni ludzie i mam nadzieję, że to jedyny taki przypadek

• Malin (7/5): Perfekt läge - Perfekt läge, nära centrum utan att vara för högljutt. Praktiskt med matbutik utanför dörren där man kunde köpa nybakat bröd till frukost. Skönt med air condition både i vardagsrum och sovrum. Smidig in- och utcheckning samt möjlighet att lämna väskor på kontoret (som dock är en bit från lägenheten). En del hade gått sönder med åren bl.a. stolar och toalettsits samt att det saknades en del i köket liksom glödlampor. När detta uppmärksammades kom personal för att åtgärda problemen, iaf delvis.

El portero electrico de acceso al edificio no tenia un monitor visible (color negro y con luces tenues que con el reflejo del sol no pueden verse). No tenia en lugar visible los datos de wifi (red y clave), tuvimos que pedirla y nos demoro.

Magasin alimentaire (DIA) juste à côté, très pratique, petit plats cuisinés super bons et restaurant que je recommande tout particulièrement ( le DYNAMIT) juste en face de l´appartement, c´est divin. Gros point négatif, le bruit de la rue, mais on est au cœur ❤️ de Malaga. Petit détail, la literie à revoir, le matelas se creuse au centre.

Also when any questions needed answering we received a prompt reply. I must particularly mention Javier in this regard. He was more than helpful.

L'appartamento è come nelle foto e l'ascensore è molto comodo, perchè arriva direttamente all'interno dell'appartamento tramite l'utilizzo dell'apposita chiave.

• Moulay Ali (1/5): Un cauchemar - Le personnel : aucun effort / je vous explique, nous sommes arrivés à 08h00 du matin suite à une traversée un peu anticipé à cause de la haute saison et depuis la on est restés dans la rue avec un enfant de 10ans et nous ont remis les clefs jusqu'à 15h30 sachant que nous avions envoyé un msg pour les prevenir et ils nous dit qu'ils vont faire l'effort et au lieu davancer le check in ils lont retardé sans excuses ni geste, normalement il est prévu à 15h00 et on a accéder à 15h30, ils savent répondre par la seule phrase suivante : si vous voulez laissez vos bagages ici pas de soucis alors que j'avais expliquer au monsieur et à Mme sur place au bureau de la sté , au wathsapp et via la plate-forme booking que j ai une caisse et je ss venu d un autre continent Concernant l'équipement :le lit pas du tout confortable très usé Le rideau non mis en place Le support d la douchette cassé Mécanisme de la chasse ne fonctionne pas correctement Nos vêtements sont usés à cause de la lave linge Pas de couvertures, bref la totale

• Jennifer (9/5): Immer wieder zu empfehlen! - Das Apartment war groß und gut durchdacht eingerichtet, sodass man hier gut mehrere Tage bleiben kann. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Nächte hier. Es gibt eine große Küche und sogar einen Mini-Ankleideraum im Schlafzimmer. Auch die Waschmaschine war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt (zum Waschen der Handtücher oder Badesachen usw.). Es gab sogar im Bad ein kleines erste Hilfe-Set + einen guten Föhn! (Nicht diese typischen an der Wand montierten, wo man ewig braucht). Die Lage war sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und dennoch leise. Klima funktionierte ebenfalls super! Auch der Service war grandios. Der Lift in die Wohnung ist etwas klein, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Eventuell der Duschkopf müsste einmal ausgetauscht werden, da er auf einer Seite etwas undicht ist. Ansonsten war alles super!!

• Prestina (9/5): Spacious modern flat in central location - Very central location so easy to walk everywhere. Spacious modern flat, however small bedroom and bathroom. Lift directly into the flat which was convenient (no faffing about with keys!). Supermarket very nearby. There was some noise at night from the bins (trucks come around at night to empty the big bins on the street) and people as it is near a lively area, however this flat seemed to be a bit more soundproof than most flats I have come across in Spain. Mattress could have been a bit firmer, but that's personal preference.

• Momcilo (8/5): Great location - The location is amazing, right in the city center with everything being only a short walk away. The apartment itself is outdated and needs a touch up. Sound isolation is not great as well.
• Mari-ell (8/5): Very nice stay! - Good location in the old town, just a short walk from the beach. Grocery store and many restaurants just outside. Nice views, clean and cozy decor. Great wifi, even fow video calls! A small kitchen and washing machine was a great addition. You can hear noise from the streets, but it’s not too bad. Bathroom door is difficult to open. In the kitchen, the pan has damaged surface and should be replaced. Clock doesn’t work.

• Enoch (8/5): My stay was just really fun in there - The property was really clean,well kept and modern, I love the fact that it had an elevator to my floor. I did also love the swiftness of the staff’s ability to respond so quickly when we had a little problem with the elevator that to me was a plus The only disappointment was the mattress, it really uncomfortable sleeping on but the rest was just perfect
• Susannah (9/5): If you want central Malaga, you can't go wrong here especially for the price :) - The apartment is perfectly located to reach all the sights of Malaga, the port and the beach all a short walk away. On the 3rd floor and accessible via the lift (2 person only) that takes you directly into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay...hairdryer, kettle, washing machine if needed. There is 1 bedroom with double bed/hanging space and a sofa bed in the lounge, neither are the most comfortable we have ever slept on but were perfectly adequate for our stay. We had a late check in and Adriana sent the details for key collection with plenty of notice and we checked in seamlessly which was just what we needed after a day of travelling! Thank you :) We will book to stay again on our next trip to Malaga I don't really have any negative comments but to help others I thought I would mention.... It is a little noisy through the night but this is expected when you are staying centrally in a city and didn't spoil our stay but something to bear in mind if you are very light sleepers. We had a very early morning check out and unfortunately the lift was out of order :( its a lot of stairs down with suitcases but nothing we couldn't handle and it did wake us up properly!!

• Arijit (9/5): Perfect location, easy check in, clean apartment. - The property had a lift, which even if quite small, was very useful. Facilities listed a microwave but there wasn't one in the apartment. That would have been useful.
• Łukasz (8/5): The facility is highly recommended. In this price range, it's hard to find something better. - The quality-to-price ratio is very good, as are the location and facilities. The service is also top-notch. We would especially like to thank Daga, who explained everything to us and answered a multitude of our questions about Malaga. Thanks to her, we were able to discover many great places. The accommodation was inexpensive, so our expectations weren't high, however, a few improvements could be made at a minimal cost that would significantly enhance the perception of the apartment. First, the cleanliness. It's not bad, but it could be slightly better. For example, we received a used dish sponge from the previous guests. This is a very low-cost item, but it would be worth providing a fresh one to each guest. The second issue is the bed. The mattress is very soft and sinks in the middle. A new mattress isn't a huge investment, but it would improve the comfort of sleeping quite significantly.
• Monica (10/5): Just fabulous..... - It was a fabulous apartment in a good part of town. The person at the office was really kind and explained very clearly how to get into the apparent. It was nice they checked up on me by text to ask me if all was well. Not sure....

• Мarina (7/5): Good - A nice apartment in the very center of the city. 1) I failed to pay the deposit via the form sent by the hotel. I wrote to the administration asking for any other method of payment and offering to come to the office and pay there before the check-in. They refused and insisted on payment only via their form, advised to contact friends or acquaintances and somehow solve this problem by myself. After several days of inconclusive correspondence, having tried to pay with different cards, we got through to the manager. Only after that the administration sent another link through which the payment was successfully completed. Despite their mistake, the staff did not even apologize. 2) On the day of check-in, information on how to get to the apartment was sent 10 minutes before check-in (I indicated that I was checking in at 16.00), while the check-in instructions on Booking.com indicated a different address where to pick up the keys and until the last minute it was unclear which address to go to.
• Amanda (9/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Málaga's historical centre - the place to be for a vibrant stay - I like the easy communication with the rental company. They were also super helpful to store my luggage before and after the stay, so I could enjoy a few more hours in Málaga before my flight hassle-free. The only point of improvement in the apartment is the bed mattress, which could be changed to a thicker one. Everything else was in great condition!
• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - location, cleanliness there is a caution to pay, and at first they didn’t want our credit card because they were debit card. They finally accepted but with a lot of conversations
• Michela (7/5): Good - Ideal location in the city centre. Spacious apartment The cleaning can be improved: special attention to the wall cracks in the bathroom from where some insects where regularly coming out.
• Iulian (8/5): Very good - The location The owner took me a 150€ deposit without asking me about when I made the reservation first. It is forbidden by the law to charge a deposit fee without of asking this first. This is the first time it happened to me. There was not enough toilet paper. Very noisy place during the night.
• Pat (8/5): Very good - The host was very responsive and helpful. Great location in walking distance to all the major attractions. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine worked well. Full size fridge. The elevator is extremely small. You can fit 1 person with 1 luggage up it. If you are disabled, I would not book this apartment as you likely cannot fit a wheelchair in the elevator. It also only goes to the top floor. And there is about 5-7 steps at the top once exiting the elevator. The shower is also very small. I'm a small person and I kept bumping into the sides of it.
• Catherine (7/5): Do's Asceras Apartment - Location, view - bright and clean The sofa bed was very old and worn and wasn't comfortable for sitting or sleeping Registering guests was incredibly complicated and took 2 days of interaction with hosts to complete. I had to go to their office to pay them a deposit (which is also unusual) before I could get into the apartment. The bedroom ceiling light did not work also. They also only have us one key One other thing - for almost 600 euro for 5 nights, I would have expected some sort of welcome pack - milk, bread, fruit is the usual. This just felt cold and impersonal.
