• Julia (7/5): La ubicación genial, un poco de chapa y pintura. - La situación es muy buena. La atención del personal buena. Poder optar al parking ,con suplemento, pero enfrente del apartamento un puntazo. En general esta bastante descuidado. Sofá viejuno, sillas rotas,utensilios de cocina escasos. El baño bastante viejo. Los armarios de las habitaciones bastante mal.

• IvanK (3/5): Disappotiment - The apartment was in a catastrophic state and completely neglected. The fan in the room was covered in layers of dust that I had to clean myself just to be able to use it. The beds were full of paint chips falling from the ceiling (I have video proof), and instead of cleaning the mattress, the host simply put sheets over it. Every morning I woke up stuck to paint debris. The toilet didn’t work at all since it was impossible to flush. The wardrobes were unusable, electrical outlets were literally broken (just open holes in the wall), and the air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned. The elevator that is advertised also did not work. On top of that, communication with the host was very difficult. They advertise a balcony, but in reality, it is so small that you cannot even fit a single chair on it. This is not just about dirt and poor maintenance, but about how misleading the whole listing is. Considering all of the above, this is the first time I have ever had to leave a negative review, but I find it necessary to warn others. There are much cheaper apartments in the city that are far cleaner, more honest in their description, and with far more professional hosts.
• Gene (4/5): Fatal - La ubicación ha sido lo único que me ha gustado, hace un calor terrible porque solo hay un aire en el salón y el salón queda retirado de las habitaciones así que a pasar calor toda la noche y el día . 2) la taza del baño no bajaba bien (había que usar cubo para que pudiera bajar) 3) los ventiladores estaban llenos de mugre y debajo de las camas había mucho polvo 4) las almohadas olían fatal y otras cosas que prefiero no mencionar. La verdad es una pena porque el piso es bonito y la ubicación es genial . La limpieza fatal , hace un claro horrible y la taza no iba bien . Etcétera

• Chris (7/5): Quiet and spacious apartment in the old town. - I like this spacious apartment because it offers two rooms in the back for a good night's sleep. It is in the old town (city center, Teatro Cervantes) but in a quiet corner. The double beds are comfortable. However, the booking experience did not work in my case because it was not sufficiently clear that the owner required a deposit of EUR 150 and that it could be paid online to the hosting agency with a credit card only. I had to spend 4 hours organizing my check-in, paying by debit card, and collecting the keys in person somewhere else. Other things I was not fully satisfied with - Kitchen furnishings and crockery are pretty old. I did an extra cleaning. - The bathroom is old and smelly. I bought a scented candle. - The fridge is so loud that I would not want to sleep on the sofa bed.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was really nice and clean. It was also near to the center of the town. Our contact person Laura was communicative and very helpful when we need to asked for something or need a help.
• Chris (6/5): Would be worth the price if the hosts were more responsive to and considerate of guests; needs. - The location was great, close to a wonderful plaza, Teatro Cervantes, museums, restaurants, bars, el castillo, etc. It was also just a short walk to the main concourse, the park, and the waterfront. The fact that parking was just across the street from the apartment was a big bonus. The hosts refused to provide us with the necessary info to pick up the keys, they wouldn't even give us directions to the office, or provide us with a telephone number to speak with someone. It was only by checking with Booking.com that we were able to find the business address of the hosts. Our perseverance alone allowed us to find someone to speak with in person. Plus we are still waiting for the deposit refund 5 days after we checked out.
• Nijirvan (9/5): Wonderful stay - The location was quite central, easy access to shops, restaurants, landmarks, beach…etc. the place as spacious and clean, great value for money, friendly staff and good communication specially Silvia, she was friendly and supportive. Highly recommended Nothing

If U r staying with family this is the must stay place Just 1 room have AC
