• Lynette (6/5): Unfortunately due to the lack of security for the apartment, my stay was compromised. So I will be s - The location of the apartment was spot on. A short walk to the beach, the Surf Club for lunch and great local restaurants and amenities. The main issue for me as a single guest, was the fact that the large glass balcony door to the outdoor seating area refused to close and lock securely on the fourth night. I was staying in a 2 bed apartment on the sixth floor and even though I sent off an email message to what I thought was a supplied booking.com address that could assist me with this issue, I received no reply, nor heard nothing until the following day. Therefore that night the apartment was unsecured and I couldn’t sleep well knowing that anyone could access the apartment from the next door apartment or climb up and access it by those nefarious means. Unfortunately nothing was fixed or remedied for all the remaining days and nights I was at the apartment, having to vacate on the morning of the seventh day to return home.

• Zena (9/5): Incredible Palm Beach Stay - The property was absolutely beautiful. The place was clean and unbelievable views. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Palm Beach. We had the best time!! Can’t wait to go back. The only feedback I’d give which I know others have mentioned already but having another set of keys would be beneficial. I also think having more products like laundry detergents would be great.

• Phillip (10/5): Location is amazing and great amenities. - The view from the apartment is amazing. Double glazed windows and doors help with noise cancellation. I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend the location. I ran out of toilet paper. Then I looked in the drawer.

We would love to go back. Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Would be nice to have flexible checking in/out times but I also understand the reason why.

It was cold and I told whoever the person was that I can’t sleep in air conditioning and she said another blanket was not possible. Why? Luxury apartment it was certainly not. Stains on the couch, lumpy bed , thin worn doona, no coffee pod machine or plunger. Overpriced and underdelivered. Only one key provided and ridiculously difficult to obtain and return. If I wanted and Airbnb, I would’ve booked with them. Booking.com needs to disclose if that’s what the property is. Terrible.

Private undercover parking and short distance to beach! Early morning walks a must. Comfy bed and beautifully decorated with every need catered for. Rooftop pool amazing! I’ll definitely b staying here again

Great security. Lovely rooftop pool and view. You only get one key for 3 people so when you go in seperate directions you have to coordinate to catch up to get back in.

• Ash (9/5): The best views and amazing location! - Stunning view, so close to the beach and shops! All really good but if there was one thing to complain about is the water pressure. Dont use any other water when showering. And make sure you pack a swimming towel for the pool/beach. There aren’t any in the apartment

• Daniel (5/5): When paying top dollar ensuring guests comfort should be a primary concern. - The properties location and layout is exceptional. The views are amazing & some really nice restaurants are within walking distance. We had an issue with the smoke alarms going off at 3am both nights and the response & empathy shown has been very disappointing. I went and bought batteries to try & rectify, no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the lost sleep and inconvenience is really disappointing. The cockroaches found in the bedrooms were also of a concern.

I love to walk but because of my husbands ill health he can't. If I took the key he didn't have the freedom to come and go so he had to stay in the apartment.. So 2 sets of keys would have made our stay better.

Coles close by, good food options also nearby. Apartment was clean and very tidy. The lack of towels - 2 only for 2 adults for 3 nights. I didn’t really want to have to wash towels and had to. An extra 2 would have been great. No face washers either. No response to messages requesting additional. Pool is very small - lap pool at best.
