• Guest (9/5): Impressed and we’d stay there again. - Room & beds very comfortable. Front desk staff very welcoming & friendly. Nice breakfast to have included. Bathroom very adequate & clean. Nice big shower! Two minor complaints:concerns; 1. The shower should have more water pressure. Had to stand right under the shower head to rinse hair. We were disappointed the water pressure was that low for such an impressive shower. 2. The fridge was set too cold. The back had ice on it with water lying in the bottom of the fridge. We let the front desk know. We tried to lower the setting but still ice.

• Guest (9/5): Would definitely stay again. - Very new and very clean. Was not overly busy when we went so was nice. The breakfast was very good as well as laundry and gym facilities. Traffic was loud as our room was located close to the busy street.

• Guest (6/5): - I recently reserved three rooms at your hotel for the night of Friday, August 22, 2025. I received three receipts confirming this reservation. However, upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed that I have been charged four times instead of three. When I arrived at the property my room was not ready, Still they did not solve my problem.

• Lynn (9/5): New and lovely hotel to stay close to airport in Hamilton. - Young man on the front desk from the UK when we arrived late and. was so delightful, warm and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms lovely and breakfast was amazing. Would have been nice to be able to purchase wine on site for consumption in the room as we landed and everything was closed. Not a dealer breaker but would have been nice to unwind.

• Shih-Hsien (9/5): Good - There is an underground parking The doors make a louder noise when closed (due to the lock), so guests who sleep early may be disturbed by others returning to their rooms between 9-11 pm. This also applies to late risers having breakfast.

• Joe (7/5): - The whole experience was great, it was close to everything. Very quiet The Wi-Fi connection. I bought my Google Chrome stick to be able to watch movies or other TV shows. However, when trying to connect, it wouldn't load the internet browser to plug in the password, etc. Also trying to stream my phone to the TV it also wasn't connecting, this could be an issue with my phone, however it was a problem. Guests should have a quick and easy setup to access the internet, Like if they decide to bring a firestick, etc. Plus, my side of the nightstand wasn't working when I plugged my phone charger In. Breakfast was great with many options however I'm celiac and not a lot of extra options for celiac people, which the eggs are gluten-free however not sure how the potatoes were cooked and If the sausages aren't gluten-free your offering maybe state if they are gluten-free, or not. Again, this is my opinion to help celiac future guests. If I wasn't celiac it would have been great. The last thing, it seemed the walls were very thin I could hear someone in the bathroom. When I was in the washroom. Overall it was a great experience,

• BH (7/5): Comfortable no frills but disappointed in the lack of housekeeping - Room was spacious, modern bathroom. I believe the hotel was recently built. I chose this hotel because from photos the room looked comfortable and the bathroom modern, which is important to me for comfort but also because it was one of the closest to where my relatives live. Cleaning service only cleaned 1 out of 4 nights, this is a major turn off for me. I always choose hotels with daily housekeeping so the fact that it didn't happen was disappointing. When we inquired they stated that they didn't have enough staff or something to that extent. Also, there was apparently a shooting just down the street on the night before we left. Also the wifi was super slow and kept dropping.

We were there for a dance competition and this allowed my daughter to start her day properly nourished. Parking. Didn’t like having to be in an unpacked overflow parking area

The service was good, and the room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. I believe the room rate offered good value for money. However, I would like to suggest reviewing your deposit refund process. It has been four weeks, and I have yet to receive my deposit refund

• Gwenyth Crouse (9/5): Fantastic experience - Bed was comfy, room was a good temp and perfectly spacious, the TV was a smart TV so there was plenty of selection there, the walls are pretty soundproof so i wasn't woken up by anything, breakfast selection was great (The pancake machine here is REALLY high tech and the potatoes are DELICIOUS), shower pressure was good and the water was warm, and best of all, the staff are super friendly (: A few pinprick sized stains on the sheets, a few hairs in the shower, and unwiped shelves, but honestly, with how hard hotel staff work in a day, I'd say they still did a great job.

• Sharon (6/5): Average stay. Likely wouldn’t stay again - The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was large and bright. When I checked in they gave me the wrong room. They were able to change it after I returned to the lobby (luggage in tow). The parking was tight. If the hotel is full there wouldn’t be enough spots. The bed was too soft and the sheets had hair on them. The toilet paper holder was loose so the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. The fan in the bedroom was very loud. Holiday Inn is usually my first choice but this location was not up to the usual standard.
