• Angus (6/5): Nice stay. Poor experience. - Good location. Nice apartment. Key collection is very confusing. We had to go to a different location, quite far away, an Indian supermarket that looks very dodgy. The store attendant was not nice, not helpful. The apartment was not clean, yet it charge extra cleaning fee. Pet fur everywhere.
• Kristy (6/5): Lovely location, but terrible air con and no parking made it less pleasant. - Great location, floor 56 had a spectacular view! We really enjoyed the onsite cocktail bar - oysters were delicious! The air conditioning did not work properly, making our stay quite uncomfortable on a hot summer day. Only one key to share between four adults. There is a small closed in balcony, however, it is unfurnished and incredibly hot, so it was not pleasant to use this area. The furnishing of the unit was quite strange. There is NO carpark with this unit. This added $60 (for one night's parking at the closest car park) to the cost of our overnight stay. It also means you have to walk through Surfers Paradise with your luggage.

• Cheah Foo (8/5): Beautiful view and facilities, friendly and professional owner. - Very clean and beautiful apartment The check in and out process can be improved. I had to wait for shop to open to return key which is 5 mins walk away. However owner was responsive and professional. This is not a show stopper

• Kylie (2/5): Ripped off - It obviously hadn’t been cleaned before us, the toilet was dirty the carpet smelt like dog pee & it was really dusty under beds like it hadn’t been vacuumed for wks. We were also charged $380 for dogs that didn’t end up staying there as there was no where for dogs to go to the bathroom. I informed the hosts about this but they still charged credit card & haven’t refund it or answered back
• Amir (10/5): Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! - Fantastic stay! Helen’s instructions made check-in a breeze, and the apartment was spotless with breathtaking views from Level 56. Wi-Fi was excellent, and having parking tips in advance was so helpful. Communication was quick and friendly. Highly recommend – we’ll be back! Nil

• Stewart (3/5): Good spot poor cleaning and management. - Location was good. View amazing. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not good. Both showers flooded due to blocked drains (hair and other stuff). We told them on the first night and they could not get someone to address the issue until at least the next night. I ended up fixing it myself (I have the photos to prove it). It was disgusting. The key pickup was difficult as there is no parking near the shop. Tried to check out on time (10 am on a Sunday) and the shop we were to deposit the keys at was closed. Apartment owner said 'their opening hours are variable' and suggested we go back to the apartment and put the keys on the kitchen bench.

• Arezoo (7/5): Good - Overall the 5602 apartment on level 56 was really nice and we enjoyed staying there.location and view were great but apartment needs more facilities like glass cups but not camping cups!few more tea bags needed ,shower gel and pillows and maybe comfy furniture, there were a lounge for 2-3 people and 4 chairs which weren’t very comfortable.
