Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries the following extra charges:
- From 19:00 to 21:00 EUR 30;
- From 21:00 to 23:30 EUR 50;
- On weekends and public holidays: EUR 50.

- PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY. As a customer, we please ask you to respect the house rules related to this apartment and the building it belongs to. Please read carefully and sign this document to avoid any problem related to the ignorance of these rules.
General rules:
1. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment.
2. Please do not throw things out the window (to the street or interior patios)
3. It is not allowed to leave garbage bags in the flat, please throw away in the dumpsters in the street.
4. Please respect your neighbors. Try to keep the noise as low as possible, both inside and outside the apartment. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!. You need to pay special attention to noise during rest hours, stated by Barcelona council: Quiet time from 22.00-8.00 - Families with children live in this building, PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS RESTING TIME.
5. You need to pay special attention to noise when entering and leaving the apartment to avoid causing disturbance to the neighbors.
6. Please turn off the lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.
7. For your security we please ask you to lock the doors when leaving and just take the basics with you when you go visit the city, given that pickpockets are very common in Barcelona.
8. We will provide you with several keysets. If a keyset is lost, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We will be forced to charge you a 150 € fee per keyset, in order to make a new copy.
9. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than those that are agreed in the contract.
10. We provide towels in the apartment. Please do not use them as beach towels or as cleaning cloths.
11. It is not allowed to hang up towels/clothes for drying on balconies or terraces. If the rules are violated, we reserve the right to remove your group from the apartment with no possibility of a refund.
12. When the guest reports a breakdown, they automatically authorize the entry into the apartment to repair it.

1. Remember you need to respect the agreed check-out date.
2. Remember that you must leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it.
3. Please wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before leaving the apartment.
4. Please don’t leave trash, bottles, boxes or food in the apartment once you’ve left. Remember you must through the bin bags in the containers near the apartment.
5. Please leave all keysets inside the apartment and turn off the lights and appliances on your way out. Key lost - 150 euros Thank youThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Maria (10/5): - Nuestra estancia en este apartamento en Barcelona fue increíble. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y perfectamente ubicado para disfrutar de la ciudad. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y nos sentimos como en casa. Además, la atención fue excelente: muy amables, atentos y siempre disponibles para ayudar. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

- dennis (3/5): Da evitare - La posizione Non ci è piaciuta per niente questa casa. Dicono 4 camere da letto ma di queste 2 non hanno finestre (se non un affaccio buio su un mini cavedio) 1 affaccia su un balcone chiuso quindi senza aerazione e 1 affaccia all'esterno ed è rimorosissima a causa di infissi vecchi. Due bagni minuscoli senza affaccio esterno Difficile il check in perché bisogna accordarsi con un servizio esterno Poca facilità di comunicazione con la proprietà che risponde in tempi biblici le condizioni interne dell'appartamento sono trascurate, molti mobili rovinati, pulizia poco accurata (ad esempio sopra la camera da letto con due letti singoli c'è una specie di soppalco pieno di polvere) Insomma per il prezzo pagato (600 a notte) e per la tipologia di appartamento mi aspettavo molto di più. Non lo consiglio

- SzabelTzn (10/5): Idealny na city break - Wielkość apartamentu i bliskość do wszystkiego w okolicy 1km. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament jest przewiewny co poprawia komfort użytkowania. Nie mam zastrzeżeń do niczego, poza stanem mebli. Co pewien czas powinno być przeprowadzone sprawdzenie stanu mebli (np. krzeseł, stołu, łóżek) w celu sprawdzenia ich użyteczności.
