- Georgina (8/5): Perfect for our family to enjoy a long wedding weekend together and have access to the best of Byron beach and town. - The location and outlook. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of lovely deck and outdoor areas but the weather was against us to make use of them.
Huge downstairs lounge and TV . Washing machine and dryer. Very well equipped kitchen…and dishwasher. Good off street parking for 2-3 cars and Tesla charger . Quiet location a 5 minute walk from town centre with beach only metres away. Great to have beach towels provided. This is one of the best places to stay in Byron if you want beach, proximity to town , free parking, peace and quiet, and comfortable home big enough for 2 families or 8 people. Easy entry with key box code. This is a family friendly place with old lounges . It is cramped to all be together in the upstairs kitchen , dining, lounge area . It was clean enough but really could do with a deep clean….grotty under the lounge cushions , beside the fridge etc….those places you forget to clean! No music system , needs better door mats especially at front door.

- Orlaigh (8/5): Great Location, 4 Large bedrooms with 2 baths. Pool not heated; Beach access not very accessible. - The location was great & there was a good amount of room for 6 people. One of the bedroom walls does not go to the ceiling, the 'beach access' was very misleading.
Grass outside the gate very overgrown & unsuitable for anyone young or old as the access was over train tracks.
