Graham is a great communicator and host. We enjoyed our stay very much. Shame it was only 2 nights as it was so comfortable we would have loved to have stayed longer

• SEONG PIL (7/5): Nice but just good - Lake view Most of the kitchen appliances (especially Induction) bit old and pans are dirty. Bedroom linens are not good conditions(some hairs on it)

• sanoop (4/5): - Location is very good . Enough space for 10 people. Shower area drain was not working , so it was flooded ( informed owner they arranged plumber but we are unavailable during his appointment) Sofa leg was broken .
• Deborah (8/5): - House was a good size for family. Beautiful view of the lake and well placed for beaches and shops.. Some of the furniture needs a good clean and a broken couch needs fixing. Blankets and bottom bedroom quilt needs a good clean or replacing. The b.b.q. needs replacing as it could not be used. Just needs a little TLC but a very nice and comfortable home.

• Chris (7/5): Would have been a 100% rating except for the creaky bed, step and stained lounges. - Home was spacious and close to amenities. Milk a great addition and host easy to communicate with. Please fix or replace the creaky single bed upstairs, step into lounge area dangerous - guest tripped twice, lounges need a clean.

• Thay (8/5): Overall we were satisfied with the property and will definitely stay there gain in the future. - We stayed at the property second time. It's great location right in front of the lake where we enjoyed the kayaking. The property is 5 minutes drive to shopping mall and close to local clubs. There so many light and power switches which are not labelled properly.
• Barry (9/5): Family visit for a nearby birthday event. - Good house with large living area to enjoy. Plenty of space to lounge, eat and prepare food. Looks out to nice view of lake which the property fronts. Plenty of bathroom facilities and good sized bedrooms. Needs some closer attention to some ceiling and edges cleaning. Not a big issue but certainly stood out as rest of property was very well presented and appointed.

• Douangdeuane (6/5): Pleasant - The family room was good size Most of the bedrooms were smell badly when you close the doors and some pillow cases and bedsheets smell sting myself and friends had to use perfume to spray to pillows and bedsheets and bedcover I did report to the owner they need some one to come to replace them and the bathroom downstair when people use a lot it was flood.

• Sunny (10/5): An excellent get-away location for families and friends! - The property was beautiful, overlooking the water. Everything was clean, and there was an abundance of kitchenware to use. All of the appliances were clean and easy to use! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the whole house was very spacious, yet cozy! It is close driving proximity to groceries, food and beaches, which makes it incredibly convenient!

Enjoyed watching birdlife from the living room - so many black swans, pelicans, ducks, seagulls, corellas, ibis….amazing. The single bed in the king bed room was wobbly so we didn’t use it.

• Katya (3/5): Not Stunning lakefront 4 bedroom home - Nothing, we were really disappointed. Old, dirty and grimy. Old crockery, cupboards filled with junk. The saucepans old and the only frypan that worked on the stove was so dirty and old we couldn't bring our selves to use it. The floors were sandy throughout. Old dirty lounges and furniture. Cupboards filled with mis match crockery and cutlery. The kitchen tap wet everything on the bench. Broken, chipped and melted plastic. Everything just felt old and dirty. Unloved and not cleaned properly. The stove was incompatible with the old saucepans. The linen was threadbare and old faded doona covers. The pillows were so big and uncomfortable. If you are going to use an international booking pate-form and call yourself STUNNING, step up. Basically and old run down property, no garden, and old mismatched furniture and amenities. Very disappointing.
• Coralie (10/5): Great stay clean modern and you can walk out in to the lake beautiful views highly recommended - Great home lovely views very clean has everything you need very modern and new bathrooms are great and plenty of space had a great stay One step from lounge room to back bedrooms which is a little bit off a blind spot for older people as by 87 year old farther feel down and ended up in hospital the night so maybe a little handle on the wall beside it would be great but we will be staying again thanks

• Nadezda (10/5): Exceptional - This is an amazing property to get away with family and friends. Everything is clean, well prepared. The garden has great views and plenty of space for kids to play. Location is great, very close to many beaches, supermarkets etc. The owner is very responsive . Definitely will recommend to stay.

• Kaye (9/5): Easy to find, met expectations, plenty of room. - Loved the location. Plenty of amenities for all. Accessible to shopping for supplies. Great view across the water. The keys were exactly where we were told, and the code worked! Adult children were disappointed they didn't get time to use the kayaks and bbq. Pouring rain! Woke on Sunday morning to find water had come in under the back door- not really anything Graham could have done to prevent this as it was driving rain. Didn't like not having enough time to fully enjoy the rental.

• Katie (9/5): Great family getaway home - This property has a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area which was wonderful for our family and children. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Occasionally a horrible smell would flow over from the lake
• Keamah1985 (9/5): Great stay next to river, worth your money will highly recommend - Open kitchen and living area with river 2 steps away. Very clean and beautiful kitchen n toilet. And all facilities available to enjoy including one man boat which we got scared to use haha. We used the BBQ and enjoyed my brother's birthday next to river in the backyard. I felt rooms were small but that was not a big issue, tho I will request them to fix a good quality potible fans in rooms as night time it was had to sleep in most rooms

• Gail (10/5): excellent location! fantastic for families and groups. jump on a kayak from the backyard straight in the lake. - Clean and tidy, rennovated, fully equipped kitchen everything you need, lovely breezes off the lake at night, 4 good sized bedrooms, right on the lake, great views and location. Graham allowed us use of his kayak and boogie boards. amazing!!

• Sheikh (5/5): except few things this property is not bad. - big lounge and dining area, backyard water view, new renovated toilet and kitchen. no toilet is got a lock to prevent someone coming in, all the windows are locked and no net at all, five of the ten beds doesn’t have any fan or air conditioning, we got suffocated with hot weather, insects everywhere.

• Susanna (8/5): Lovely family friendly home. - This is a large home with a lovely open plan living area and lots of bedrooms. It was clean and well appointed. It has beautiful views over the lake and lovely sunsets. The owner was not expecting us as I booked last minute. This meant that the property wasn’t quite ready for us and we had to make some adjustments to it initially which were a bit off putting. This was a real shame as it was the only negative thing I could say about our experience. However once we did those things the remainder of our stay was fantastic.
