Jessica (1/5): Not professional! - They wrote to me on whatsapp on the day of the check in to tell me that the could not honor the reservation that I made. This only after I contacted them to ask about the check-in time. Also, without any previous discussion or even asking me, they simply moved to the following day; which did not make sense, because I was going somewhere else. So, I had to be the one requesting the cancellation through booking, in order to avoid being charged due to no-show.
Marly (8/5): Good after all. - It was pretty clean Take pillows they aren’t very comfortable It was good . One thing … they offered me an Finca and gave me and apartment which it was well located and clean and good , but, still they didn’t match for what a was booked for. Good hospitality anyway. They need to update photos of the options that they have. Still good place to stay.
Shirley (8/5): Very good - Close to airport. Great amenities at property. Mattresses and pillows were too firm. Booking details said toiletries, including shampoo, were included but could not be found. Nightstand needed in bedrooms. Overall, nice accommodation for short trip.
