• Martin Grünitz (7/5): Nach den Anfangsschwierigkeiten, die wirklich ärgerlich waren, OK! - Lage im lebendigen Viertel Shoreditch mit Vintage-Shops und auch sont allen Shops die man so braucht. Lebensmittel, Bäcker, Café. Nachts, da das App. nach hinten raus geht, sehr ruhig! Zwei Kritikpunkte: 1. Das Apparment ist nicht so nah am Liverpool Station Bahnhof (wo die Züge nach Stansted Airport ankommen), wie in der Anzeige dargestellt (statt 10-15 Min - 25 Minuten) App. liegt direkt in der hinteren Brick-Lane. 2. Am Ankunftstag noch Handwerker in der Wohnung - der zudem offenkundig Dosenfisch gegessen hatte - es roch übel nach Fisch. Zudem sollte er um 15 Uhr fertig sein. Nachdem wir um 17 Uhr das zweite Mal ankamen - war er immer noch nicht fertig. Wir gaben ihm 10 Pfund, dass er 20 Minuten Pause machte - damit wir uns für eine Theater-Aufführung am Abend umziehen konnten. Der Vermieter glänzte in der ganzen Zeit mit Abwesenheit und keiner Kommunikation.
• Roque (4/5): Decepción - Ubicación y tranquilidad de la estancia a pesar de estar en zona concurrida no se escuchan ruidos del exterior, no es necesario estufa o calentador aire aunque haga frío en el exterior Ubicación tercera planta sin ascensor Suciedad bajo la cama Techo baño pintura mal estado Piso del baño estropeado Tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrar la grifería de la ducha rota desde la primera noche, el propietario nos propuso ajustar temperatura termo ya que la avería suponía obra mayor, en una semana de estancia no pudimos darnos una ducha en condiciones ya que no pasaron por la estancia nunca

• Terry (8/5): Enjoyed our stay very much, great neighbourhood and great accommodations - Excellent location, clean, comfortable bed, lots of amenities, host was easily reachable and accommodating Broken tiles in the bathroom, broken hot/cold knob in shower
• Lindy (6/5): Fabio was very responsive to our requests for help. He is a terrific manager but probably needs to encourage the owners - The property was in a great location. You stepped out the front door right on to Brick Lane. Shoreditch station was a 5 minute walk. Lots of great cafes & restaurants within metres. The sofa bed is a divan & very uncomfortable. The upholstery was badly stained. The fridge had not been cleaned & was full of spilt milk. The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked & lifting & should be repaired. There is no handle on the knob that controls the water temperature in the shower & it was difficult to manage. The mattress springs have gone on one side of the bed. It is definitely in need of a new mattress. For the price of the rental the above basics should be provided.

• Tanja (9/5): Inviting, comfortable stay in a great location near many things to do. - The location was great and the property was surprisingly quiet for being right on Brick Lane near restaurants, shops. The decor was fresh, modern and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Even my 20 year old daughter was comfortable on the sofa sleeper. The place is cosy for three but worked out fine for us. We enjoyed some tea that was there for us at the little breakfast table. The shower was wonderful with a rain bath type feature and the towels were generous and big.. I always like a good bath sheet! Overall it was a time stay. Very comfortable. It’s a 4th floor walk up. No elevator and the building itself seemed a bit run down. Floors on the stairs to apartment could be cleaner. But the flat itself was very clean. No problem there.
