• Eduardo (2/5): Very poor - Great location and the building staff were super helpful. The apartment is in a TERRIBLE state. The doors won't close properly, no clean sheets, bathroom was in an awful state too. The host clearly does not take care of such things, this place looks abandoned.
• Eduardo (1/5): DISAPPOINTING - Unfortunately I was not able to stay in the property due to missing facilities in the apartment. Missing facilities like Internet WiFi, broken light bulbs, leaking bathroom, lack of support of the property maintenance team when notified about these issues. Property manager totally UNREACHABLE! Not a single response to my calls and messages regarding the issues above. Not even refunded me the money for the unused stay.
• Radha (6/5): Good - Good sized room for a single guest. Couldn't find the wifi password, no shampoos, coffee etc provided

• Fabiana (9/5): Very nice place with reasonable price. - Breakfast was not included but they have a very good restaurant with a very reasonable price. I also had a personal issue and the host was very comprehensive helping me to solve it. It was very easy to contact the host. He answered the phone at the first call.
