• Miroslav (9/5): - Lokalita výborná, centrum mesta a blízke okolie dostupné pešo. V prípade nutnosti použiť hromadnú dopravu, tak blízkosť metra, alebo električky cca 5 min.

• Michał (8/5): Mega blisko centrum! Prywatny parking! - Ogromnym plusem tego apartamentu jest lokalizacja! Naprawdę byliśmy w ścisłym centrum Pragi! Wszystko mieliśmy na wyciągnięcie ręki- sklepy, restauracje,rynek, atrakcje. Drugą ogromną zaletą jest prywatny parking, który jest w cenie obiektu! Przy obecnych cenach za parking jest to strzał w 10. Apartament przestronny, czysty, wyposażony. Łazienka jest w bardzo średnim stanie. Do wanny strach wejść a żółta zasłona nie zachęca do kąpieli. Pomimo ekspresu, to nie było czym zaparzyć kawy bo brakuje kawy i herbaty w wyposażeniu.

• ANA (10/5): Vsekakor bi se ob ponovnem obisku Prage vrnila v to stanovanje - Lep razgled na katedralo Tyn. Dostop do stanovanja in garaže je bil zelo jasno opisan v navodilih. Prednost je vsekakor to, da nastanitev nudi parkirišče eno ulico stran - bodite pozorni na dimenzije avta za garažno dvigalo. Všeč nama je bilo to, da sva stanovala v samem mestnem jedru in da sva do vseh znamenitosti lahko šla peš. Gostitelji so bili zelo prijazni in odzivni prek Whatsappa - opozorili so naju, da sva v stanovanju pozabila slušalke in so nama jih poslali domov po pošti. Če za nama ne bi bilo že drugih gostov, so nama ponudili možnost za podaljšanje ure za check-out. Super bi bilo, če bi se zavesa za prhanje lahko pritrdila, ampak je na eni strani manjkal vijak.

• מיכאל (3/5): מבחינתי המקום הכי פחות מוצלח שהייתי בו אי פעם - יש מזגן,מעלית · המקום מנוהל ע"י צוות ניהול-לא גמיש ולא מתחשב כלל 1.הצק אין בשעה 16:00 ביקשתי להגיע יותר מוקדם לא הסכימו. 2.למקום יש חניה והייתי עם רכב..ביקשתי לשים את הרכב יותר מוקדם שאוכל להסתובב חופשי (בפראג יש בעיית חניה) גם לזה לא הסכימו. 3. בשעה 14:50 שולחים לי הודעה שמדיח כלים לא תקין ושולחים טכנאי שיסדר את זה -ויכנסו לפתור את זה לפני 16:00 -עניתי להם לא צריך מדיח.. רק שאכנס כבר... 4.אנחנו שומרי שבת -שאלתי אם יש מפתחות רגילים מכניים לדירה אמרו שכן-הגעתי לדירה סביב 16:30+- מתברר שהחדר עם ציפ אלקטרוני--רשמתי להם בואצאפ שאני צריך מפתחות רגילים אמרו שאין להם שהכל אוטומטי שם -אגב גם דלת הכניסה לבניין עם ציפ אלקטרוני לא ניתן להיכנס אחרת- וגם ביציאה יש חיישן שקולט אותך ורק אז אתה יכול לפתוח את הדלת 5.החניה לא בבניין אלא 2 רחובות משם-וגם מסובכת-אתה נכנס עם הציפ לחניה שהיא אוטומטית-צריך להתכוונן בדיוק -לצאת מהרכב-החניה מורידה את הרכב למטה באופן אוטומטי -אתה נשאר למעלה 6.הדירה קרובה לשעון האסטרונמי-כל חצי שעה צלצול בשעון-וכל שעה צלצול במה שהשעון מורה--אם 10..אז 10 צלצולים 7.לקחת בחשבון שיש מקרר משרדי קטן- 8.מטבח קטן-2 כירים אינדוקציה 9.מקלחת-ישנה-עם וילון- זרימת מים חלשה מאוד-אין מספיק תאורה ( ישנה מאוד-חלק מהנורות לא עובדות בכלל) אפילו שקיות לא השאירו -אלא רק בפח אשפה היה שקית לוקחים ממך פיקדון של 150 יורו לערך-שלא תעשה נזק בדירה--אם אתה משאיר דירה מלוכלכת מחייבים אותך בנוסף לסיכום-מבחינתי המקום הכי פחות מוצלח שהייתי בו אי פעם-

• Ertan (9/5): - Konaklama fotoğraflarda görüldüğü ve anlatıldığı şekildedir. Talimatlara uyarak eve girişi gerçekleştirdik. Gezilecek alanlara çok yakın bir noktada bulunuyor. Aracınızı park edebileceğiniz alanı mevcut. Wifi var. Verdiğimiz ücreti hakkediyor. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

• Msasashi (5/5): 期待はずれ - ロケーションは中心の広場まで徒歩で数分、ショッピングモールやスーパーにも数分、交通機関も数分圏内にあり良かった。 事前にアプリでのチェックインを行うこと自体には問題ありませんでしたが、デポジットの徴収については、事前の十分な説明がなく、チェックインの条件に一方的に追加された形でした。 また、「無料駐車場付き」という条件で予約したにもかかわらず、当日の正午頃になって駐車場の故障により使用できないとの連絡を受けました。その後、紹介されたアプリを通じて自分で代替駐車場を探すように求められましたが、その際の費用に対する補償等は一切提示されませんでした。 これらの点は、明らかに契約条件の一方的な変更であり、宿泊者として容認できるものではありません。しかしながら、施設側に申し入れを行った際、外国人であることを理由に真摯に対応されていないと感じざるを得ない対応を受けました。 さらに、IHコンロにはガラスのひび割れがあり、使用に不安を感じたため事前に申し出ました。また、エアコンのリモコンが1台しかなかったことも併せて報告しています。いずれも、後から修理費等を請求されることを懸念しての予防的な対応です。 最後に、滞在最終日の夜にエアコンが故障しました。その晩は涼しく問題なく過ごせましたが、これがもっと早い段階で発生していたら、滞在に大きな支障をきたしていた可能性があります。
• İlknur (10/5): Harika manzara - Tesisin salonu tyn kilisesinin arkasına bakıyor akşamları manzarası çok güzel. 2 çocuğumuzla birlikte 3 gece kaldık. Daire en üst katta. Asansörle çıktığınızda bi yarım kat daha merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. 500 metre ileride kapalı araç park yeri mevcut. Karşılama için 2 kapsül kahve bırakmışlardı. 1 tane bulaşık makinesi kapsülü, sıvı bulaşık deterjanı ve duş jelleri vardı. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Çocuklarımız için koltuğu açıp yatak haline getirip çarşaf ve yastıklarını hazırlamışlardı. Daire merkezi konumda ve erişimi gayet kolay. Praga gelenlere tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca depozito ücretini de daireden ayrıldığımızın ertesi günü hesabıma iade ettiler.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Location super. Check-in is super easy (online) The customer service/host very fast in answering. Only one mirror available and that's in the bathroom which was not enough for 4 ppl. There could be one in the bedroom or hallway as well which makes it a lot easier and smoother to get ready if you stay with 4 pers
• Ingrid (10/5): Great apartment close to the Centre - So central, easy walk to the main square. Well kitted out apartment and great view. To have your own park in the middle of Prague has to a big bonus. Thank you
• Sharon (1/5): Terrible. The worst renting experience ever! Stay away from this! - Location No heat when it’s below 30F outside. It was freezing inside the apartment. I had to message, calling for many times and eventually got them to turn it on. The staff arguing that it was due to energy efficiency. Really? At 9:30pm? I am positive they were not honest about it. Not providing heat in the cold winter is SO WRONG! It is a regular apartment on the 5th floor (actually 6th floor for Americans); they didn’t provide enough institutions like where is the elevator. I miss counted the first time when I entered the building, I went up and down 3 times finally found the right level with help from residents in the building. There was no mark on each floor, basically you have no idea which floor you are on if you didn’t count from the beginning. When I was on the 6th floor, there were 3 units, I had to use the electronic key to unlock the door while listening to the sound to identify which unit was for me. The apartment has nothing in “luxury”, they are so misleading. It has very cheap windows as we can hear every noise from outside. Someone live upstairs was having party the 2nd night, we can’t keep sleep so I recorded the noise and sent to the staff. They didn’t bother to reply me at all, but the party did stop not long after I made the complaint. The door was cheaply made, you can’t tell if the door was locked. When I tried to pull the door from inside, the piece of metal on the handle almost cut my finger open! Communication was poor through the rental management. They don’t care!
• Ivett (10/5): Exceptional - We were satisfied with everything. Clean apartment with a beautiful view. The kitchen was equipped just enough to make coffee or simple meals, which was just right for us. The old town is very close, you can reach almost anywhere on foot. After a long day the bed was very comfortable.

• Anna (8/5): Good for short-term stays - Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The view from the window is stunning. The secure parking is very convenient. Access to the apartment via an electronic key on the phone was also very handy. There was an abundance of hygiene products The equipment and the apartment itself are in need of renovation: wobbly chairs, a cracked stovetop, and a worn-out bathroom. Also, the apartment has poor lighting in the evening, especially in the bathroom. We couldn’t find oil for the advertised coffee, and it would be nice to add some cooking oil as well. When contacted, the management replied that they have no information about the kitchen contents. This seems to be the root of the issues—this place is managed by a company, not an individual host. Footsteps from upstairs neighbors are very loud, almost as if they are walking overhead. The bathroom cleaning could be improved as there were hairs and traces left from previous guests
• 飞越太空山 (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment is good, and you can walk to the main attractions. But there are two things that make me feel less satisfied. When I made the reservation, I was told that there was a parking space available, but when I contacted the landlord the day before my arrival, he said that I needed to use the MRPARKIT app to book it myself. This caught me off guard. Interestingly, when I spent 64 euros to book a non refundable parking space near the apartment, the landlord said they could provide a parking space. The second is to find that all the air conditioning in the room cannot be used after checking in, which is difficult to accept in the hot summer. The landlord has not provided satisfactory solutions for both of these issues.
• Petar (10/5): Perfect stay in a perfect town - The location was perfect, 7 minutes in foot to the astronomical clock. Safe parking place nearby. There were lots of amenities in the apartment even capsules for the dishwasher, that makes your day easier. We loved everything

• Michael (9/5): Quiet apartment in the center of town - Centrally located. Private parking garage just around the corner. Very quiet, at least on weekends and evenings. Elevator. There was a small misunderstanding with the cleaning lady regarding our early checkin, but other than that no issues.
