• Jerry (3/5): Not well equipped and not fit for small kids - Great views and nice location 4 towels provided for 6 guests No clothes or kitchen towels to tidy up No bath mats in bathrooms Balcony is dangerous kids could fall through wires easily and there is a gap where a small child could fall in the apartment. Stairs are dangerous. It’s not suitable For small kids. No mop to clean up Not enough toilet paper Beach isn’t private access as the ad leads you to believe Driveway is very steep and scrapes bottom of the car. No bedside tables in most rooms Nowhere to hang clothes in rooms Uncomfortable cheap beds No enough pillows When I contacted the host to advise him of issues he advised me to go to Woolies and he would reimburse me. Overall pretty average experience.

• Robyn (5/5): Fair - Great view and renovated kitchen and bathroom The beds need more warm blankets and pillows. The stars are unsafe and need a railing plus would be unsafe in there were small children. Need hand towels.
• Bruce (7/5): Good - the location and view was great. The bathrooms had been recently renovated. The towels could have been easier to find. The lounge was very low to the ground. While the view was great and the bathrooms fresh, the rest was pretty basic.
• Bruce (10/5): A few days in Kiama - Fab views, open plan, comfortable, modern, good amenities, walk to east’s beach, two showers and two toilets, complementary pay TV, free wifi, tea and coffee provided 10 min drive to everything, no dryer, few bed pillows, poor quality towels, hard to get into drive way with a low car,

• Diana (9/5): Lovely home in a great location with amazing views of the ocean. - Location was amazing. More towels, bath mats would have been nice. The stairs to the ground floor need tape or something to alert you the last stair is closer to the floor. We had a couple of people slip as they didn’t expect it.

• Bronwyn (5/5): The house is in a great position with good access to East's Beach - The location and view was excellent The mattresses in 3 of the bedrooms were uncomfortable, the springs could be felt through the mattress on the double bed. There was only a tiny wardrobe in the main bedroom and no drawers or other hanging space in any of the bedrooms. The vacuum cleaner, broom & mop were left in the dining area despite there being a laundry downstairs. The laundry sink is not accessible as the washing machine has been placed in front of it. Also need a coffee table on the balcony for use with the outdoor lounges.

Red bin overflowing on arrival, fridge need to be plugged in by miracle as the plug is further away than arms length , no promised WiFi, not a towel neither a bath mat, very limited toilet paper for 3 nights, kitchen sparsely equipped. Booking . Com is irresponsible to offer this accommodation, especially at the premium price. Pathetic, it is a great location but total disappointment.
• Tyna (10/5): Exceptional - Dino is a great host, accommodating to our special birthday request for our daughter. Making it an extra special mini getaway. The house is beautifully presented and location is perfect. We are a family of 2 adults and 6 kids.
• Darlean (9/5): Loved staying here, it was a great location, superb views, light and airy and we will definitely come back. - The coast and beach views from the open plan lounge and dining room were spectacular. It was a very clean and tidy house

Even though we didn’t meet him in real life, he was very accomodating and awesome!!! Thank you so much for making this weekend so awesome for me and my family!!! Definitely would love to go here yearly!!!
• Sangeeta (8/5): We a - Hosts were very helpful, I loved that the property was air conditioned and had fans in every room, the views were amazing and it is nicely located and near a coffee shop and bar. There are two bathrooms and presentation is lovely. The mattresses could do with replacing- they were hard The TV remote only worked intermittently which meant having to continually get up to operate the TV The lounge beds on the deck could use a coffee table to be able to have a place to put down a drink. It would ge good if hand towels are provided
• Andrew (9/5): Dino and his partner have excellent communication and are extremely kind. They allowed me to come in early and drop off - Multiple bedrooms, bathroom was brand new, extremely clean and very modern. Dino put in a lot of work to renovate this property and you can really tell he put in a lot of effort. Hopefully there will be a smart TV installed on the next visit as current tv doesn’t have Netflix or internet connectivity. Bunk beds is also a good option to fit more sleeping spaces in the house.

• Corena (5/5): Disappointing. Could do so much better to equip the kitchen better - Cleanliness and location There were no wine glasses, salad bowls, sharp knives. One small pan, one small pot. And the mattresses were really bad quality. All of us complained of back ache after two days.
