• Ahmed (10/5): Highly recommended - I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement for the fourth time for me in the same place, and I will continually do whenever I will be in Cairo. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance and charm of the place. The décor is absolutely stunning — classic, tasteful, and filled with high-quality, valuable touches that give the space a truly luxurious feel. What really made my stay even more memorable were the people. Mr. Yasser, the owner, was incredibly polite, respectful, and welcoming. Ezzat, the assistant, was always available and extremely helpful throughout my stay — a truly kind and reliable young man. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and well-managed stay in New Cairo. I’ll definitely be coming back! Nothing, all was good

• Rita (10/5): Bellevue an oasis of peace space and comfort - the spacy apartment was a big and pleasant surprise! it felt like a real calm oasis in the noisy desert of Cairo. the host Yasser was very helpful during our stay and we really appreciate his policy concerning the usage of the resources 👍🏼 We fully agree to the property notification to be sensible in usage of the facility resources. To us this was an important sign of eco responsibility by the management towards the environment - Bellevue deserves its name in all lodging aspects.
• Hesham (7/5): First floor apartment with a nice balcony - Big living room, nice balcony, first floor Apartment was very dusty, it was obvious it wasn't cleaned before check in. WiFi is limited to FB and messaging, owner said no Netflix or streaming. Living area AC wasn't big enough to be used, owner has too many rules about AC usage. Mattresses are cheap and not that comfy

• Mohamed (10/5): Amazing Stay and Really respectful professional Owner - The Location was great and the apartment owner was very polite, Helpful and professional even he reviewed a mistake in the Rate of booking and informed me to pay lower than the wrong amount (I would never discover it by myself but he is a really honest Man .. thanks a lot Mr. Yasser) The neighborhood was really great with a big green garden infront of the Villa (not view from upstairs but in the street) Nothing everything was really great and In case any comments Mr. Yasser was always there following up to make sure that all going perfect I would repeat it again when in Egypt in same Area

• Mariam (4/5): Beware of the hidden fees. Not a good way of doing business. I will not be staying here in the future. - The property is spacious and clean. The hidden charges when booking on the app it shows a much lower price per night and after you book if you look over the details, it claims that the cleaning fee is not included nor is tax and other items as well, which increased the total per night by $20 U.S.!!! The owner thinks he’s running an airbnb but at least an airbnb is upfront with their cleaning fees and includes it in the total amount while booking. The other issue is no where on his listing does he mention extra charges for extra persons for the two bedroom apartment. You would think that a two bedroom apartment is meant for four people considering the two beds in one bedroom and the king bed in the other. But no, he expected extra money for the two extra individuals as we were a total of four in a two bedroom apartment. No other apartment in the area charges extra money for extra individuals. He must of mistook himself for a hotel room, which he is not. Found his method of conducting business as deceptive and unfair. I honestly would have booked elsewhere if I had known of all of his hidden charges. Also the cleaning fee is not for the cleaner to come everyday no, thats for you to find the apartment clean upon arrival and have it cleaned after you leave. If you expect the place to be cleaned everyday, you have to pay the cleaner out of pocket for her to clean for you.
• Mariam (4/5): Clearly, not a place to stay if youre willing to spend more money on a daily basis with all the hidden fees - spacious Owner would continue to tell us on a daily basis to turn of the air conditioning to conserve electricity in the middle of the hot heat of Egypt. Had to purchase matches to use the stove as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Other issues as well with hidden fees and such. Not a good way to do business.

• Rita (10/5): A Lovely Stay in New Cairo - I fell in love with the vintage decoration of the apartment, the space and quiet within. The old refrigerator demanded my respect, it had my age☺️ and it was impressing to see it still working well and even better than the modern day models🤗 I handled everything with care and appreciated it for being there. The wifi was excellent 👌 All shopping centers are around and taxis are well affordable to go just anywhere, which is great! I had to get used to the new sounds of a 24/24 streetlife around but eventually I slept through it all, which was great to experience. In the beginning just keep the bedroom windows closed at night.
