ALIALHUSNA (10/5): - Had a really great staycation here! Even though it was just a studio room, the space was surprisingly big, comfortable for 3 people. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, clean, and cozy.

Amilah (4/5): Not worth it. - The facility level is very nice with a good view of the Straits of Singapore. The unit was very bare - there was a washing machine but we didn’t find any detergent. The toilet didn’t have a bidet for the toilet, and there was no towel for the floor and the tiles were all marble so when you get out of the shower, it’s super slippery. The bedsheet is the one with the lint on it so if you have sensitive skin it’s really itchy and uncomfortable. WiFi sucks, i had to do a conference call but in 1 hour, I had to drop the call 4 times because it keeps disconnecting. And the staff - not so helpful. One time we forgot to take the key card to enter the door of the unit and asked the staff for the passcode but they all don’t know and we had to give suggestions on how to help, like find a spare key. After 2 hours or being outside only were they able to help us. But what kind of owner doesn’t even know the passcode for the door and where they put the spare key? Tbh I really wished I’d just paid RM600 at a hotel for 3 nights. Not worth it at all.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und kümmert sich zuverlässig um alle Anliegen. Besonders toll: der grosse und saubere Pool im Innenhof, der zur Mitbenutzung bereitsteht – perfekt zum Entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The toilet not having a bidet is a weird decision as well considering there is a pipe spot located where a bidet could have been installed.
