Good amenities. Spacious bright bed comfy

• Wayne (8/5): - location was awesome, around the corner to Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Very tidy and comfortable unit Bathroom only small Sliding door to balcony couldnt be locked and there is scaffolding up the building so would be easy for intruder

• Garry (9/5): But you didn’t feel secure. - It was nice and clean. The glass sliding door to go out on balcony you couldn’t lock . And there was a scaffolding at the balcony which anyone could have climbed up to our unit.

• Anita (6/5): It was a disappointing first Air b n b’ experience and probably our last, hotels next time for us. - We loved the location of this unit, it was a short walk to public transport. The unit itself had a great layout and was just the size we needed for our family of three ( 2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen had a full sized fridge, and the hot water in the shower was really quick to heat up. Initially there were only towels supplied for 2 people whereas we had booked for 3. The owners were able to supply us with towels, but not until the next day. We felt unsafe and didn’t like that the door to the outside balcony lock was broken and we had no response from the owner when we reported it, this was quite disappointing. The shower head was faulty and kept falling down, the shower was quite mouldy. The overall unit needs a really good ‘spring’ clean as it was quite grubby - reverse cycle heating was covered in dust ( so we weren’t game enough to use it). Most of the corners in the rooms were not cleaned and quite dirty. The kitchen had no toaster and the oven racks were dirty so we couldn’t even do toast for breakfast. There were no glasses to drink from only coffees mugs or two wine glasses, the cutlery needs replacing - there was a broken fork in the drawer and the handle area was covered in rust.
