• RACHAEL (9/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway - Lovely apartment, had all the amenities we needed. Clear self-check-in instructions were sent by the host. Close to Bondi Beach, shops and restaurants. .
• Maya (6/5): Great location and convenient area. Room for improvement :) - The location is great close to the Woolworths and near by restaurant and the beach which is convenient. There was only 2 towels provided and it wasn’t cleaned to the highest standard. For example the tea towel to clean the dishes was still dirty. It is also unpleasant having coloured towels and sheets. Having white towels and sheets shows guest a high level of cleanliness. Other than that the space is nice it just could be a higher level of quality for the price. You can also hear all the neighbours and there are automatic lights that turn on when people come in and out of the complex which can be a bit annoying at night as the curtains don’t fully block it out :)

• brett (9/5): Bondi gem - Loved the hot shower with good water pressure. The location is great. Within Bondi, everything is close, walking distance to the shops and beach, to grab a coffee and find something to eat. The car space is a must if you're driving, although the lower ground parking is really tight, as around Bondi there isn't anywhere to leave your car. The apartment has everything you will need. Big bed, kitchen, small table to eat, TV, there is a communal laundry and gym downstairs which we didn't use. Check in was efficient as we were left with clear instructions on how to self check in and out. Sydney's weather. Rain and rain. The exhaust fan in the bathroom either didn't work or wasn't strong enough as we steamed up the bathroom after our showers. We stayed for 4 nights and had our best sleep on the last night. We couldn't seem to find the right pillows as they were a bit high. Having said that, there was a range of pillows to try and the bed was big and comfy.

• Sandra (4/5): Location was great, but disappointed! No disclosure about roadworks during our whole stay!! - We really liked the location of the property overall. Netflix was a bonus. We were disappointed with the accommodation for several reasons. Firstly, we were only given one set of keys, which required me to request additional keys from the host. The most significant issue was that the host failed to inform us about ongoing roadworks on the street throughout our 12-night stay. This should have been disclosed upfront, allowing us the option to cancel without charge. Other residents were notified of the roadworks well before our arrival. Additionally, on our last night, the driveway was blocked, and we were asked by the host to park in a nearby car park. This meant I had to carry all our suitcases and my daughter down a gravel street the next morning after checkout. Since we were working rather than on vacation, the constant noise from the roadworks was particularly distracting while I worked from home. Additionally, for a two-week stay, it would be helpful to provide more than just one kitchen towel, one face towel, and one hand towel, as these items cannot be washed frequently. Also, the property lacks a proper dining table. The small round table provided was inadequate for dining or work from with a computer, so I had to borrow a table from a friend.

• Tracey (8/5): Lovely studio close to the beach away from the noise of the pubs. - Lovely modern studio which was nice and close to the beachfront with everything that we required. It also has a free parking spot included which we didn’t need. We would stay here again as it really suited our needs. The access information needs to be updated on booking.com as this wasn’t clear when our booking was confirmed but the owner was helpful with all communications and responded to our messages promptly.
