Dylan (1/5): Bad - The night before I arrived I was asked to pay a €600 deposit through a third-party website (something which had never been flagged or mentioned before) and then €24 was taken from this for a lost remote control. I hadn't even used the television or the remote control once while at the apartment so I had no recourse. I feel like I was scammed as it was my word vs. their word and there was no way to contest this. If you charge €24 from all your guests you can make a lot of money in the long run. Either way I would absolutely avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.
Renata (5/5): Poor communication from the host. Additional payment in order to secure the obliged deposit - The location is convinient, tube station is in 10 min walk The communication with the host was scatered. It was no timely answer prior to check in on how to secure required deposit with no extra payment. We payed 10 Eur for Deposit verification. Note: photos in the advertisement do not correspond to reality.
Heather (8/5): We enjoyed ourselves in this apartment. - The location was very good - close to two underground stations and a multi bus stop. The layout of the apartment was very good and met all our needs. This is a small thing but the lift was excellent: it was never full and always fast! Being from Canada, I had some trouble with the instructions for use of the apartment appliances etc. But we figured out all out fairly quickly.
