• Mun Wei (7/5): Overall an adequate stay - Great swimming pool view; 2 car parks provided The access card had problem and I have to press the intercom to ask the guard to open the barrier gate each time I go out and come back; Limited toilet rolls provided; One of the chair at the dining area is about to break (be careful when you lean back); The cups in the kitchen have stains.

• Febrillanna (8/5): Fair stay for M-Vertica - Check in mudah, fasilitas lengkap. Lokasi cukup bagus. Ada banyak restoran dan kafe di sekitar, cukup dekat dengan banyak lokasi wisata menggunakan taksi online dan MRT. Sayangnya owner tidak bisa memfasilitasi booking lapangan basket untuk kami. Padahal sebelumnya kami pernah menginap di sini dan bisa dibooking dengan mudah.
• Febrillanna (8/5): Responsive owner & good stay - Owner sangat responsif dan bersedia membantu dalam berbagai kesempatan. Fasilitas M-Vertica sangat lengkap dan punya akses ke banyak resto/kafe. Dekat dengan stasiun MRT, dan bisa menggunakan taksi online menuju ke berbagai destinasi dengan biaya murah. Tidak ada yg terlalu penting, semuanya lancar.

• Yvonne (8/5): The property is in a good location; however, the cleanliness could be improved. - Good location in Cheras with easy access to Kuala Lumpur city areas like Pudu, KLCC, TRX, and more — within 20 minutes. The property is also close to two shopping malls: AEON and Sunway Velocity Mall. The cleanliness of the property needs improvement. We have caught a few cockroaches inside, and it is quite dusty throughout. Additionally, the property has a musty smell.

• Maria (9/5): I had a great stay. - The location is strategic, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The facilities are good, including plates, a wok, a microwave, and a washing machine. This apartment is very suitable for a big family. The swimming pool is very large, and we had a great experience here. However, women need to prepare proper swimsuits as the guard doesn’t allow cotton shirts. I don't feel comfortable with the toilet as it doesn't seem to have been cleaned properly. The toilet bowl and wall is dirty and has an unpleasant smell. Cleaning the toilet should be the top priority, and I hope it will be better next time.

• Chris (9/5): Great stay - The beds are so comfy. All needed pillows, blankets, towels are ample to use. . The view is great. They have 2 parkings for us which is convenient. Even provides a adapter for our cny eve steamboat dinner. Kitchen cutleries are a lot. We even can cook our own breakfast. They also provide washing powder. Very good stay. Will come back again Nothing

• Zulfa (8/5): Perfect holiday - The house is comfortable despite the cheap price. I like that there are shops downstairs and the facilities are perfect. Hope can add more cutlery, cloth hangers and pillows. We were expecting to have a microwave but there was an oven instead.

• - (10/5): Exceptional - The host were super helpful, i dont need to ask for anything since she already gave me the complete info 1 day before the stay. House is very simple and clean. Enough for a large group of people to stay (ours is more than 20 prople). I even check out a lil bit late but thr host was so nice to let u stay for extra couple minutes. Would def repeat Nothing to complaint.

• Nor (10/5): Comfy and clean house to stay - House is comfy for us family of 6 and clean too. Its not that super spacious room but good space for every rooms with the price offered. It got everything that we need. A very pleasant stay. My sibs love the shoplots around that area. Lots of self laundry there although there were already washing machine and dryer in the house. The only hiccup is the coffee and dining table were a bit shaky. Thank god we don't have small kids around. And since we came with elders, the toilet is a slightly bit small for my mom who used walking stick to use the bathroom.

• Johan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located near a LRT/MRT station. A bus stop is just in front of the building. There are shops on the ground floor. The swimming pool and leisure area are superb to enjoy the ambiance and surrounding areas. Bad odor from the drain hole of the bathroom.
