Raphael (2/5): horrible experience - Apartment in good condition and clean; Good location I had a bad experience during my stay. When I arrived at the apartment, I was given the wrong password for the key box. I had to sleep one night on the floor outside the apartment. Terrible service, I only managed to contact the host the next morning, when they told me the correct password for the key box and I was able to enter the apartment. Until today, I am still waiting for some response from them as a result of this situation.
Amoolya (6/5): Room for improvement - Interiors were well kept Sheets seemed unchanged, Surrounding area was shady and scary I did not get a fob for apartment entrance on arrival, Staff were not willing to change dates, when I was trying to connect from 3 weeks and finally responded 3 days to the check in date and said, it's not possible to change dates
