The location is convenient and there are restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. If you are staying with other people, just be aware that there is only one bathroom with a shower

• Mahya Binte Karim (10/5): - Beautiful and clean apartment, very close to old Town where we reached easily using Uber/Lyft or simply walking. Walkable distance to some fantastic bars and restaurants where we thoroughly enjoyed the food!
• andrea (10/5): Fantastic stay!! - The location is great. The bus stop is so close by. It’s a nice walk to Old Quebec. The unit has everything you need. The washer/dryer are great. The kitchen is great. The beds are so comfortable! Great stay!!!!

L'appartement est rempli de mobilier et d'accessoirs texturés, colorés, très agréable à l'oeil. Un endroit chaleureux. Stationnement intérieur inclus. Les fannes de salles de bain sont peu bruillantes et c'est comme s'il n'y en avait pas, donc il faudrait laisser du "frebreze" ou autre à porter de la main...

• thomas (10/5): great unit. would do it again. definitly recommend booking .com to all. - we made our own breakfast. we could not use the underground parking as our vehicle was too large. found a good spot across the street and worked out well. the TV did not operate well for us. we are all in our 70's and maybe a little weak on tecknology.

• Karyn (10/5): Great enough that all 6 in the group would return! - Very modern, updated, clean and beds were super comfy - we used all three bedrooms! We had a bit of trouble coordinating parking (there is one free parking space in garage) and there was construction going on so unloading car became a one-person job. We ended up finding a spot right on the street that the condo balcony overlooked! It was safe there the entire weekend.

• Leonardo (10/5): Amazing appartment. - The appartment was spectacular, super comfortable and clean. I had a bit of an issue when trying to get in, I called the phone number provided and no one answered. I figured it out and turned out to be my bad but it would have been nice to hear back from someone.
• Colin (8/5): A Wonderful Downtown Apartment Close To All the Action - The moment we entered the apartment, there was a definite WOW factor. It was spotless, beautifully appointed, and perfect for our group of three, with each of us enjoying a separate bedroom. All beds were comfortable, and there was ample space for hanging clothes. This apartment had the potential to be a 5-star stay, but a few issues brought the rating down to 4 stars: Firstly, the door code provided in the instructions was incorrect, so we had to ask another guest for theirs. While the master bathroom was spacious, the shower wand was broken and stuck on the full massage setting. Although the owner promptly arranged for it to be fixed, we had to deal with it for two days. Lastly, we visited Quebec during perfect hot weather, but the air conditioning only cooled the main living area, leaving the bedrooms uncomfortably warm. While two fans were provided, one bedroom had to go without.

The rooftop offers great views and a BBQ option. Abundant natural light and fresh air. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.
