• Sue (8/5): There was five adults and all were very happy with the accommodation. - The home was clean and tidy, and getting the keys was easy as well. There was a pool onsite which some of us took advantage of using, which was nice. It was close to restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great location.. we were given a booklet online for what was around and how to enter the property which we found very useful. We had two cars so entry made it difficult if we wanted to return home at different times, I did not check what all the devices on the keys were, so maybe it had a push button entry. Would have been good to have the devices labeled what they were for.
• Eliza-beth (1/5): Extremely untrustworthy host. - Nothing. Host promised a refund as the townhouse was left in a disgusting state with soda sprayed all over the wall. We have the promise of the refund in writing. Now, when we try to claim the refund, the host states they can't do it because Booking.com won't let them, however when we raise the issue with booking.com, they state the refund needs to come directly from the host. I will now be filing a claim through QCAT to receive our money back.

• Mark (5/5): It was conventional and clean and cosy. - Comfy chairs Good water pressure in shower Garage for the car Ice in the fridge It had nearly everything except pepper and sauces. Which I know u don't have to provide but it was a nice touch. Cleaness was great. Not enough air con upstairs, Eat food at the table and see the Toilet. No vaccum to clean the floor properly Knives blunt Bed not big enough Stairs not suited for people like me with a sore back. Hubby had a truck roll over last week and had 2 cracks in his back. So we got dress and didn't go back upstairs until night time.
