Everything we needed had been catered for with the exception of a clothes dryer. When sleeping on the queen size bed it dipped in the middle every night which meant there was less room for two persons.
The apartment had a washer/dryer machine in it but when we tried to switch it to dryer mode it errored. We were then told that the dryer wasnt included in the apartment. It would be a good idea to leave a sign on the machine indicating that the dryer function was not included in the apartment and not working.
- Robert (6/5): Good apartment, pretty loud road noise but overall good. Awful property management. - Good location but quite noisy. Apartment was well equipped and fresh. Served the purpose. If I was the owners of this apartment I would change property management ASAP. I was asked for 300 dollar security deposit and ID check which I submitted right away. For the week leading up to the stay I was spammed by them with the same message even though I repeatedly told them I have paid and submitted. Then when I went to check in the check in code was 2 years expired so I had to call around to eventually get a valid check in code. Really turned me off the stay which is a shame.

- Kailin (10/5): The staff were attentive and helpful, checking in frequently to see if they could assist with any queries. I really enjo - The location was close to public transport, and a short work away from local nightlife. The key pick up could be a bit inconvenient for weary travellers, however the staff allowed me to leave the keys in the apartment in the morning which was extremely helpful when relying on public transport.

On arrival at the shop we were told to go to to collect the apartment keys, we were told that the keys were at a different location. After 3 hours of driving around, someone eventually met us at the apartment building and handed over the keys

- Christina (6/5): - Nit applicable The key pick up, at the end of our stay we were allowed to leave the keys in the apartment, what was a great improvement. Not acceptable to make you walk 20min and back 20 min for the key collection. The traffic noise was horrific with the tram right there,the location was great because of that. The apartment was very well stocked, in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry, compiment for this. The only negative was that for the nights we stayed we had only 1set of towels pp, bathroom and 1 teatowel, no hand towel, no tissue box.
The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished, great wardrobe with lots of space.
The last thing I like to comment on is that the cleaners could do a better job on MOPPING the wooden floor!
We were happy to stay there and a great thank you to the owner for letting us to leave the keys in the apartment on the day we were leaving. Kind regards, Christa Numan

- Anthoula (9/5): A pleasant enough stay in a very well maintained and clean apartment. - Very clean. Good size for one or two people. Convenient location. Unfortunately even though the location was great, the street noise was a little annoying at times.
Maybe you could consider supplying a box of tissue or paper towels.
- Gray (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - The location was very good for us being a short walk to our relatives and being a 1 minute walk to the tram stop taking us into Melbourne. The Piedemonte supermarket is not too far away along with restaurants and take aways. The Merri Creek was also a short walk, a lovely place to walk especially up to Ceres which has a lovely cafe. The back roads ere nice to walk around.
The apartment was comfortable, and the building lovely and clean with a nice aspect at the back. There was parking if we needed it. if there were any queries, the accommodation agency were very quick to respond and very helpful. There was some noise at night time from the road outside. This tended to quieten during the night.
