No idea what the rook was like as we were not able to access it - No comments Our host did not answer our calls when we tried to obtain the check in information. After an hour, we called booking.com directly who also could not reach the host. We booked another accommodation as we were left with no alternative as the host has clocked our numbers. The address on the booking is also incorrect. We expected to be staying in a certain area and had booked in dinner because it was walking distance.
- Tina (1/5): Worst experience: No information, no keys, no replies from the Mason. - Nothing. We received zero information from the Mason regarding the collection of the keys to access the apartment. Despite several phone calls, texts and emails, we did not hear back from the Mason. We contacted Booking.com who promptly cancelled the booking for us. Luckily we were able to find alternate accomodation at another place.
