The breakfast buffet is great as is the hot chocolate!! 👌🏼👌🏼 Doesn’t have a gym!

The room, the bed was comfortable, We had a nice view. There was a coffee machine and tea kettle, and welcome bottle of water in the room I would prefer to get the room with a shower cabin instead of the bathtub. The rest was wonderful

• Anthony (6/5): I expected more for $500+ a night. I should have stayed at my usual in Piazza Navonna Eitch Boromini - It was within walking distance of the Borghese We were in a “basement “ room. There was laminate flooring that was buckled. The mirror in the bathroom had a crack. The A/C worked well but was difficult to operate.The “Bistro” smelled of mold and was damp and musty.

Außen wie innen eine Augenweide. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig im Art deco, das mit großem Aufwand umsetzt ist, wirklich wunderschön und irre gepflegt. Nichts ist alt oder verstaubt. Alles ist schön renoviert und geschmackvoll. Noch besser: es gibt einfach herausragend gutes Personal, das äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich ist. Kurz: es ist ein Hotel alter Schule , und die Dinge laufen dort korrekt, unaufgeregt und gut, es gibt keine untrainierten Angestellten. Das Frühstück ist angenehm und reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt direkt bei den großen Kunstgalerien, also nicht direkt im überlaufenen Zentrum Roms. Es ist dadurch ruhiger, man schläft einfach super. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum der Stadt sind nur 13 Minuten durch den wundervollen Park der Villa Borghese, der ja sehr an sich schon sehr schön ist. Gesamturteil: Als Vielreisende bin ich einiges gewöhnt, man sieht so alles mögliche, doch hier hat alles hervorragend gepasst. Ich habe den Manager abschließend besonders gelobt für diese großartige Gesamtleistung. Nichts. Es war hervorragend.

• Donald (10/5): Excellent as always. Will be staying again. - We have been coming to Italy for holiday since 2004. Recently, every time we stay in Rome we choose Lord Byron. From the service to the location everything exceeds our needs for a pleasant stay. As others say, it is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in the embassy district. No traffic, no crowds, but it is a short, easy walk to the zoo, the museum of modern art, The Borghese Park, and then to Piazza del Popolo for your gateway to rest of the city. We love Rome, but do like to get away from the tourist crowds at the end of the day and just wander either in the park or the neighborhood around the hotel. The staff are all especially wonderful and do their best to personalize the experience and treat you as family. It's nice to be recognized and greeted by name at registration by everyone from the front desk to the concierge and valet staff, to the bar and breakfast staff. It lets us know we are in good hands.

Shower and basin plumbing needs attention as it couldn’t handle the water flow. Our room had an infestation of small cockroaches.

Close to the main attractions in a lovely and safe area of Rome. Excellent choices of foods at breakfast, amazing fruits and good coffee. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant made each meal a memorable experience. My room was large and bed comfortable. Liked that I could open the window for fresh air. The staff were so helpful, attentive and friendly. My favourite Mr.IVAN was super-helpful all the way through. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will be back Nothing

THE STAFF COUDLD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMODATING BRINGING COFFEE OR CAPPUCINO ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. NO WAIT FOR FOOD OR SERVICE. NOTHING I CAN THING OF COULD HAVE IMPROVED MY STAY.

Quiet area, no noise from the street. Breakfast was really nice. Loved the freshly sliced fruits. Everything is clean. The matrasses are in need of replacement.

Staff were extremely pleasant- especially Alexia, Alexandro and Stefano. Would definitely stay again. The Restaurant and Bar need to be expanded or split the Fine Dining and normal Bar. Some guests were not appreciative of their surroundings.......

We felt safe here. Breakfast in hotel in all of Italy is the same. Everyday was basically the same dishes. They have a Michelin star chef here but we didn't try because the breakfast didn't wow us.

We reported back and another room was given. Again the noise was present. The heating in the second changed room did not function also.

• Mincong (3/5): Don’t choose this hotel - nothing I can say I like. very bad hotel, five star price with 2 star facilities. 中国大陆招待所的水准 very old. very small, very dark, breakfast is not good. I chose a big room but they did not allow us to house three children including a baby, while in all other cities in Europe we did the same
