• Rosalina (1/5): Un propriétaire ignoble - Il n'y avait rien a aimé. Ce propriétaire était malhonnête . Nous avons eut un retard de 2h54 avec notre avion . Et cette personne nous a dit que comme on ne s'était pas présenté a l'heure dite il ne nous donnerait pas les clés et que nous ne serions pas remboursé. Rien a faire si on s'est retrouvé a la rue pendant 15 jours avec trois enfants! Il a dit que c'était écrit dans les conditions de vente et point. Il n'a rien voulu savoir même si nous n'étions pas responsable du retard de notre avon. Et booking n'a rien fait! C'est une honte et l'histoire nous a coûté 1500€!🤬😤😡😭
• Mateusz (2/5): Horrible experience! - Relatively close to the metro station, although the area seemed a little sketchy and overall dengorous. The apartament was supposed to be ready in the morning, but when we came there at 3pm it was still not cleaned. The cigarett buds were literally everywhere and the living room was reaking of it all the time. The shower drain was clogged so it was impossible to take a shower - water was flooding the entire apartament! The balcony was all dirty and messy. The staff at the office was unprofessional, and their English language skills are questionable to say the least. My and my friends, we were shocked that someone can run a place in such a unprofessional manner. Stay out of it.
• Ioan Claudiu (1/5): - Un schifo totale...bagno, cucina, 4°piano senza ascensore, ti danno una posizione e poi ti manda a 10km distanza di quello che loro fanno pubblicità. Non consiglio a nessuno. Mai più .

• Szawłowski (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, słaby standard. - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja i bliskość metra, pociągów. Na balkonie po deszczu cały czas stała woda, brak odpływu. W mieszkaniu brak czajnika i suszarki na pranie. Zdjęcia do mieszkania lepsze, niż rzeczywisty stan.
• Kilinc (1/5): Terrible place to stay - Space in the bedroom At first, we thought the flat was nice and clean. Then it came to our attention that it wasn't the case. Cigarette bats on the balcony ,inside doors with holes ,wet on the bottom, no kettle, living room with kitchenette quite small. The photos provided on the website are misleading.Our visit was booked for 5 nights, but unfortunately, we had to find another accommodation the next day because the bathroom shower was blocked, and it flooded the flat Management is terrible, not helpful at all. Didn't answer the phone when we called to report the issue.When we finally managed to get through to someone, he was extremely unhelpful, and he hunged up the phone on me.Therefore we had no choice but to report it to booking.com I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Location was a disaster as well as a pick-up point for the keys.Nearly forgot ,they overcharged us for city tax, which we could only pay by cash. They didn't accept card payment. I'm awaiting a full refund at the moment.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super clear. It was located very close to the metro station. The receptionist was pretty friendly and even gave us advances for our stay and shared some facts about Milan. The rooms looked exactly as on the pictures. The view was also nice. There was no kettle, however I believe it was just a mistake as everything else was perfect. We stayed for just few days, so even did not ask the host about it.

• Tawab (2/5): Very poor - They don’t have coordination with client they dnt have key for the the elevator 5 floor is the apartment and you need to take ur bag to fight floor my advice never book this hotel again
