- Jayson (8/5): It so so. - Its large. The size is pretty good for all of us. Its expensive for a condo incomparable with hotel with amenities and buffet. Plus location ia terrible.

The o - It has very nice scenery and very convenient for my family as my sister injured her leg and had to move around in wheelchair. My mum is old and she needs elderly friendly facilities which this apartment is able to accommodate the needs. The road to our apartment is very narrow and difficult for most of the drivers to find the way! Our driver had to make many turns before he noticed the signage to the main lobby drop off point! We had to go out to the main road to direct our driver to the drop off point.

- Sangjin (9/5): 출장자에게는 가성비가 좋은 숙소 - 2주간 출장으로 머물렀는데 매일 청소 잘해주고 거실과 침실이 분리되어 있어 좋았고 비용 대비 아주 훌륭함. 조식이 제공되지 않는점과 제공되는 수건이 많이 낡았고 여권정보를 SNS로 요청받은 것. 서호 전망으로 경치는 좋으나 주변에 식당이 많지 않음.

- Hoàng (2/5): Not consistency in their guidance and information - the apartment was nice and everything the staff is rude and not support customer. On Booking they has option to charge by credit card, they even send message through Booking to inform the payment method will be charge credit card automatically. Then when I check with the staff about the invoice, they insisted I need to make bank transfer to them prior to the check in, or they will not share the pass code or let me in the facility, without proper explanation why I need to provide payment 2 ways which expose me to the risk of double charging.

- Angelia (9/5): Get a Feel for Hanoi Life - We enjoyed the large size of tbe apartment, especially having two bathrooms. The washing machine was definitely needed and used. Tbe large drying rack on tbe patio was very helpful. Daily housekeeping and bottled water replenishment was very nice. The location was difficult for transportation companies to find, making us late for appointments/activities. This is an awkward place to stay if planning on activities in Old Quarter....takes approximately 30 minutes to get there via Grab.

- Olivier (2/5): cockroaches infestation - The only positive aspect was its convenient proximity to the airport. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Unfortunately, the room and apartment looked nothing like the photos online. We were extremely disappointed to find the place infested with cockroaches, making the stay very unpleasant. Probably one of the worst places we’ve stayed, though thankfully it was only for one night.

The view from the balcony and main bedroom was great. Access to the property was easy and straightforward, with brilliant communication & clear instructions from the owner. The owner even organised a airport 🛫 pick up (cash to the driver) which was flawless and made our arrival into Hanoi extremely relaxing 😎 Lastly the apartment was central to food, coffee ☕️ & convenience stores. Overall a very good experience. Our friends in the second bedroom suggested a bed topper just to soften the mattress a little, but indicated they still slept 😴 ok.

- Van (10/5): Everything you want for a private apartment stay - Highly recommend! This accommodation was excellent and the staff were the most helpful we have had on our trip so far. They had great communication and helped us with every question and request we had. They even helped us with booking a Ha Long Bay cruise which was fantastic.

- Abdulrahem (8/5): It's nice it you wanna go to the airport under 30 mins - The location is relatively close to the airport. It's 20 to 25 minutes drive which is why we booked it. I booked the same day and they managed to prepare it and make everything ready. We liked the view of the lake and the decour of the apartment. It feels like somebody's living space, and you can see imperfections from long term use so don't expect hotel-like space. This is more of an AirBnB style apartment, not like a serviced apartment property with its dedicated staff. We expected a smoother check-in process but the process wasn't smooth. We had to pay 3% for card payment and left 500,000 VND deposit. We got the deposit back though The AirBnB style also means you get a key to the elevator but no key to the apartment door. Rather, you use a password that you enter on the doorknob (but it was modern).

- Anonymous (1/5): Certainly the worst place I’ve experienced staying while travelling Asia. - Nothing. The apartment smelt of a strong odour of food and we spotted cockroaches crawling down the kitchen cupboards. Sleeping on the bed was equivalent to sleeping on a table with a bed sheet over it. Very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve travelled to almost 30 countries and this by far was the worst bed I’ve even slept on in my entire life. It should not even be considered a bed!

The bed mattress is very hard, as if you are sleeping on a plank. There was a very bad smell in the kitchen

Hard to find entrance to the building - it was around the back, not in the front.. the address is not in Google maps, Google sends you 100 meters to the north. It would have been most helpful if this information was provided in advance, but it wasn't. Also, the agent who was there to meet me was more than 20 minutes late. Once I found the lobby I had to sit there for a while before the agent finally showed up. I thought they were going to meet me when I walked in the lobby
