• Barbara (5/5): Für unseren Zwischenstopp war es OK. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht zu empfehlen - Der Zugang zum Apartment erfolgte ebenso durch einen Zugangscode. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend. Schöner großer Balkon. Für die Haustüre haben wir einen Zugangscode erhalten. Dieser war aber nicht nötig, da die Türe immer unverschlossen war. Das Apartment im 1. Stock hat man durch ein sehr dunkles Treppenhaus erreichen können. Besonders die letzte Stufe ist aufgrund der mangelnden Beleuchtung eine Stolperfalle, ich wäre fast gestürzt. Im 1. Stock liegen im Flurbereich 3 Fleckerl-Teppiche, mit unseren Koffern sind wir hier auch fast gestolpert und haben dabei festgestellt, dass die Teppiche eine Reinigung benötigen, es hat ordentlich gestaubt. Die Fleckerlteppiche, auch im Wohnbereich, sind furchtbare Stolperfallen und sollten aus Sicherheitsgründen entfernt werden. Die Küche ist etwas klein und die Küchenarmatur war bedenklich unstabil. Die WC-Spülung funktioniert auch nicht richtig, der Spülkasten läuft nur langsam voll.

• Thomas (2/5): Abgewohnt mit einem groben Sicherheitsmangel bez. loser Stromkabel in Reichweite vom Kindersofa! - die Lage ist top zwar neben der Straße aber tolle Aussicht deswegen haben wir auch gebucht ich schreibe selten Bewertungen aber diesmal MUSS ich leider eine abgeben. Appartment absolut in die Jahre gekommen vieles abgewohnt. kein Lattenrost beim Bett somit schlechte Liegequalität. an allen Ecken und enden optische Mängel im Bad nicht so tolle Stellen gefunden siehe Fotos. für 3 Personen schon eng für 4 nicht zumutbar. aber warum ich das hier Schreibe: über dem Sofabett in Reichweite nicht abisolierte Kabel, da war wohl mal eine Lampe da strehen die blanken Lietzen heraus. Hoffe für den Vermieter dies sofort zu beseitigen - nicht das bei kleineren Kindern hier etwas nicht schönes passiert. alles in allem - uns kam so vor das man einfach geschröpft wird für 2 Nächte knapp 400 Euro für so ein abgewohntes Appartment ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Geld verdienen ja aber dafür auch Leistung bringen das wäre wünschenswert. und in Thema Sicherheit gibts einfach mache NO GOES und das war hier leider der Fall. sorry einfach Fakt.

• Robert (6/5): Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit Raucher-Geruch und komplizierter Tür. - Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken, die Größe des Appartments ist ok. Nachts ist es ruhig. Der Blick auf die Nordkette gut. Der Buchungsprozess ist mit den zwei Teilzahlungen kompliziert, zahlt man nicht pünktlich droht unverzüglich Stornierung. Der Self-Check-in ist zeitraubend. Raucher-Geruch im Zimmer (auch bei geöffnetem Fenster, knarzendes Bett, tagsüber viel Verkehr direkt am Gebäude. Ins Zimmer kommt man mit einem 6-stelligen Code, den man sich hoffentlich merken kann, oder immer wieder nachschauen muss.

• Andrea (10/5): Appartamento delizioso con una vista indimenticabile - Appartamento spazioso in struttura caratteristica con tutte le comodità e con una vista meravigliosa apprezzabile anche grazie al balcone. Ci si sente in montagna e immersi nella natura ma a pochi km da Innsbruck.
• Ignacio (7/5): Las vistas no lo justifican todo. Caro. - Las vistas y el gran balcón. El parking. Falta de mantenimiento general de las instalaciones de la habitación. Ducha con un ventosa que se cae para poner el mango de la ducha, manguera de la ducha que pierde agua, mampara cristal que deja salir el agua, tarro de cristal como jabonera (se cae en la ducha y te cortas), enchufe cocina suelto, grifo fregadero suelto. Todo esto lo digo porque barato no es.

• Baeten (8/5): - Het uitzicht was prachtig. De locatie was ook heel goed, alles was makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Daarnaast was de keuken ook helemaal compleet uitgerust waardoor we zelf konden koken. Het bed kraakt veel en de douche was niet handig ingedeeld.

• Konstanze (7/5): Die Nacht war ungemütlich und Duschen war nicht angenehm. Für eine Nacht ok. - Die Lage für einen Besuch von Innsbruck und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Berge waren super. Das Restaurant im EG ist sehr empfehlenswert. Appartement 4: Das Bad war alt und die Wanne hatte eine defekte Duschhalterung. Die Steckdose in der Küche ist fast abgefallen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war furchtbar, bei jeder kleinen Bewegung gab es laute Geräusche. Zum Glück gab es noch eine Schlafcouch.
• Anonymous (9/5): Excellent. Don’t forget to ask for the “Innsbruck Welcome Card”! - Stunning views. The fine print stated that every stay came with a complimentary “Innsbruck Welcome Card” for each guest. We did have to ask for this upon arrival, but it was so worth it! It allowed us to travel on all the public transportation for free, ride a cable car for free (Muttereralmsbahn), and enjoy fabulous hikes.
• Elena-larisa (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very cozy, beautifully decorated, and designed with great taste. There’s a small kitchenette, so you can easily enjoy breakfast at home. The view is absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of the accommodation! Unfortunately, the beds aren’t very comfortable (they creak), and the pillows are too soft, which is why I’m not giving it a 10. But if you’re not sensitive to that, I would definitely recommend this place!

Restaurant downstairs was convenient. Easy parking adjacent to the property. Bed was very creaky

• Sebastian (9/5): Love the view and the accessibility to the city. Innsbruck is by far my favourite in Austria - Love the outdoor view. Parking was very near to entrance too. By driving, could easily reach Innsbruck. I personally didn’t like the rugs along the corridor as tourists usually have multiple luggage to drag. Those rugs hindered luggage movement when checking in and out. could be smaller for individual doors. Otherwise, interior of the house is awesome

• Sharon (9/5): One place I would love to stay in again. - The view was excellent!! We enjoyed our cocktails sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was set up with plenty of dishes and cookware. The restaurant downstairs was excellent!! Hosts were not on site - all communication for entry were delivered via email. As a result, we had difficulty with entry. It was difficult to manage the user instructions for the stove; we had to guess until we figured it out. There were only instructions in German for maintaining the check out requirements.
