• Marina (3/5): Not luxury at all, building is falling apart and maybe dangerous for living - The proximity of the promenade and supermarket 1.there is no direct contact with the owner, you only have office numbers of agency with Greek number so if you arrive late and even if you announced late arrival, there will be nobody to support you. It eas difficult to find, terrible building, very loud, in some decent EU countries this place wouldn't have permit for use at all. I couldn't open the door, key was stuck, so i had to go to hotel first night. Next day when ofiice opened they wrote there is no problem with the door, they opened it 2. Building is falling apart, surrounding looks like a combination of a dump and construction site, directly above main road and pub with live music until late 3. no parking although advertized there is 4. Lots of advertized equipment was missing: iron, kitchen towel paper, bed sheets, bed blanket (1st day i couldn't enter the property and second day i had no bed sheets to sleep) - it took them time to bring what is missing, only 4th day i had a normal bed to sleep in 5. Mold in the shower 6. Couple of lights not working 7. Lots of dust, floor not cleaned (ever?), dirt under the bed 8 next door is abandoned apartment that looks like dump or homeless shelter with old matress leaned on the wall few meters from the entrance to your apartment 9 strange creepy squeeking metal sounds coming sometimes from outside, especially in the night 10 no elevator, stairway partially not covered

• Ilona (10/5): It was a lovely stay! - Perfect location! The appartment was clean, very cozy, well equiped The only drawback was the noise from a bar next door
• Nikoletta (7/5): Overall good value for money - Cozy apartment with great decoration, right next to the seaside, helpful staff that communicated efficiently The building was very old and the room was a bit small for 4 people (1 double bed & 1 couch)
• Amr (7/5): Functional for a short stay - Everything is quite like the photos The location is the key advantage I liked sitting in the balcony even though it’s not a clear sea view The staff answered my messages promptly and brought the toiletries that were missing The bed mattress is too soft It’s two levels up the staircase I suggest you put a cover on the side and the cushions It rained so the ceiling ontop of the bed was dripping

• Bojana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is exceptionally clean. The location is great, with the beach nearby, as well as main promenade and archaelogical sites. The staff is helpful and responds quickly. Thank you for lovely stay in Paphos! The only downside is that the air conditioning could not cool the entire space adequately.

• Fabio (7/5): Good - Position; Well and recently refurbished apartment; Fully equipped. Very loud music from pub downstairs until 2.30 at night; Stairs and hallway to reach the apartment were pitch dark.

• Sophie (8/5): Property was exceptional, very modern and clean right on the harbour front. Had all the possible facilities you could ne - Very clean & modern. Amazing location! Current roadworks going on which is noisy but that’s temporary.
• Estere (8/5): Very good - The process of collecting the keys was easy, and we appreciate the flexibility shown by the host. Their prompt and clear responses to our queries were also commendable. The location was fantastic, particularly if you want to experience city life and visit public beaches. The apartment was impeccably clean and fresh, and we were provided with all the necessary amenities like towels, shower gels, iron, and hair dryer. We are grateful for everything and would love to stay here again in the future. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that there were ongoing construction activities on the street where the apartment is situated. Unfortunately, due to poor sound insulation, we experienced disturbance from the noise starting from 7:30 AM. In addition, there is a pub located below the apartment, and the loud music played until 1 AM, particularly if you are staying in a corner apartment. It would be advisable to be aware of this information, especially if you are traveling with babies. But I believe that during season time constructions will be off.
