Guenchuman Bórquez (1/5): Decepcionante - Camas cómodas Siempre he usado Booking y es la primera vez que me cobran distinto a lo dice la página. La explicación es el cobro de impuestos adicionales, los que no estaban informados en la página a la hora de hacer la reserva. Originalmente era otro dpto. La dueña me pidió cambiarme a otro dpto conservando el valor a lo cual accedí, tal vez ese fue mi error. Creo que es importante informar todos los costos a los usuarios, ya que los adicionales sin referencia pueden ser una sorpresa.
