• Cathy (6/5): Beautiful location cleanliness needs to be better managed. - It was a beautiful location and there was plenty of room in the house. Bond was returned promptly The cleanliness was very poor; stained doonas with no cover on; food wrappers in child's playroom; underneath lounges had not been cleaned. Cigarette butts and discarded baby dummy in potplants in the garden Spa bath in main ensuite not working; many lights with broken globes; iron with no ironing board; no spoons in kitchen (we bought some and left them there); printer with no electricity cable. Postage cost of $80 to return items was excessive it was based on a $55 handling fee.
