- Roberto (1/5): Avoid, this is not going to be a comfortable stay. - Position is quite good, right next placa de espana - the flat is an outdated under-roof, extremely old and uncomfortable; - the bathroom is very small, you can barely move in the shower; - the bed is uncomfortable, with very thin mattress and cheap pillows; - I found the flat very dirty: pillowcase with stains, bedsheets full of other people’s hair, toilet not flushed; - I had to pay extra 50 euro because my flight landed after 10pm, when I finally arrived the flat was extremely cold; - at night is impossible to sleep when it rains cause the noise of the water crushing on the roof is just too loud; - neighbours screaming and smoking weed at any time of the day.
- orlando (1/5): PESIMA - Señores nada me gustó , les explique varias veces que llegamos y no funcionaba el ascensor y no funcionó durante todoso los dias de nuestra estadia NOS RETIRAMOS un dia antes. El apartamento estab ubicado en un 5to piso asi que tuvimos que subir y bajar las escaleras constantemente.Presente las quejas a Booking quien respondió que se las trasladó al dueño NADIE, NI BOOKING NI EL DUEÑO DIERON SOLUCIÓN AL PROBLEMA.Ni siquiera contestaron .Booking a traves de su departamento de " atención al clinete" el SR ROBERTO me ienvió un mail infantil e inútil, reitero NADIE SOLUCIONÓ NADA .El baño del apartamento un desastre , era un milagro bañarse con agua caliente, la habitacion no tenia calefacción.Evidentemente Booking no supervisa lo que alquila a través de su plataforma NADA me gustó ya lo puse arriba. Lo peor fue la indiferencia de BOOKING ante mis reclamos. Podrían al menos haberse comunicado conmigo

- Marta (8/5): Tutto a portata di mano - L'appartamento si trova in una strada secondaria, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Fermata metro a 5 minuti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un po' macchinoso l'ingresso, tanti codici da inserire e qualche porta da aprire. In bagno, a volte, c'era un odore sgradevole (fogna).

- daniele (7/5): - Se pur piccolo l'appartamento offriva tutto in termini di spazio, solo il bagno era un pò piccolo. La posizone è nelle immediate vicinanze di Piazza di Spagna, una vera chicca di Barcellona. L'aria condizionata non raffreddava adeguatamente l'intero appartamento ma solo la zona giorno. La camera della zona notte in questa stagione estiva era troppo calda e il ventilatore a soffitto non portava alcun refrigerio
