We do loved our stay despite some disalignments My comment is more in the sense that some orientations/clarifications should be proactively given to people before the reservation. In my case, I was not aware that the pool was closed (this was disappointing), I was not aware that I needed to tell in advance my willingness to have dinner (the staff was kind and arranged it, but if I knew this need, I would have anticipated my request) and lastly, the jacuzzi was not “on”. They told me I needed to tell in advance the desire to use it. They did make it work in a kind way, but once again, another situation that could be avoided if they provide this details in the reservation moment.

• Fiamma (8/5): Tutto bene tranne la colazione, sigh… - La struttura è davvero deliziosa, curata con grande gusto estetico. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. I letti erano comodi e il rumore della fontanella contribuiva a creare un’atmosfera piacevolmente rilassante. Purtroppo la colazione non è stata affatto favolosa. Il caffè era davvero poco gradevole, sapeva più di acqua che di caffè, e la schiuma era molto ariosa e poco densa. Il prosciutto risultava “sudato”, il formaggio non particolarmente fresco e il pane sembrava quello confezionato del supermercato. Anche le monoporzioni di Nutella avevano un retrogusto di plastica. Uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto questo agriturismo era proprio l’alta aspettativa creata dalla colazione, descritta sul sito come “favolosa”: purtroppo non ha incontrato le aspettative che essa stessa aveva generato. A mio avviso, comunque, sono aspetti facilmente migliorabili. Inoltre, le foto “dall’alto” non rendono evidente la vicinanza alla strada, cosa che può risultare un po’ fuorviante. Per fortuna la nostra stanza era esposta sul lato opposto, anche se un leggero sottofondo del traffico si percepisce comunque.

• Alberto (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in questo piccolo, ma splendido, posto immerso nel verde e situato a pochi km di distanza dal centro di Firenze. Tutto curato nei minimi particolari, molto pulito, personale disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Camera grande, con piccolo spazio esterno di pertinenza, pulita e curata. Ottima anche la presenza del bollitore per tisane e la possibilità di poter accedere ad una piccola "cantina" con quattro varietà di vino. Colazione ottima, abbondante e variegata. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piccola spa, adatta per due persone, la cui unica pecca è che si trova all'esterno della struttura (una decina di passi). Abbiamo cenato in struttura peccato che non ci sia un menù e, a nostro avviso, con un prezzo esagerato per la cucina che ci è stata proposta.

Peccato. Il parcheggio ha un accesso veramente poco pratico. Rientrando tardi la sera il vialetto dal parcheggio all’ingresso è completamente al buio. Un litro di olio pagato 35 euro (?!) e dei biscotti Cantucci venduti senza indicazioni sulla scadenza che lasciano molte perplessità.

В доме все сделано со вкусом и стилем. Сама комната хоть уютная и красивая, но очень тесная. Негде погладить одежду перед выходом. Мы попросили утюг, его нам дали. Но гладить приходилось на кровати. Считаю что вполне можно было бы где то в доме поставить гладильную доску для всех гостей. Странное отношение к гостям на завтраке: в стоимость завтрака входят только холодные продукты. А если хочешь что-то теплое - то за дополнительную плату. В итоге получается, что холодное сваренное яйцо - входит в стоимость, а горячий омлет из одного яйца - 5 евро. Ну как то это неприятно . Хотя девушка, работающая на завтраках была очень любезна и очаровательна, к ней очень теплые чувства остались.

Here's a corrected version of your text with improved grammar and clarity: He warned us not to play outside with a ball (it was away from the apartment, near the parking area on the grass). His reason was that we were being disrespectful to others (although the chalet was not full, only 2–3 couples were there). The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. On the first day, the room was very cold. On the second day, it was fine.

We also enjoyed the one hour mini spa the evening we arrived, and even saw a deer in the residence garden. Warmly recommended for a slow and relaxing weekend. Nothing negative about the residence. Additional info for furure guests: There are things we wish we knew before booking. We knew that this residence is just outside Florence, and - based on other reviews - we thougth we could get by without a car. Some reviews indicated that the place is well connected by bus or one could rent a bike. Here is more accurate info on this: 1. The residence can be reached by a bus from Florence city centre, but the bus stop is 1km walk from the residence, and the walk is up and down a hill on a road without sidewalk. We are fit and could walk there during the day. During the night, this is NOT feasible as the roads have no light and there are many cars passing by. 2. Even if there are a few resto nearby, they are all at least 1 km walk away (no bus connection) and you cannot go there during the night because the road down the hill has lots of car traffic, it is narrow and no sidewalk. it is dangerous even walking on the hedge of the road. The residence offers a modest and not too expensive dinner with a limited menu (one primo, one secondo and a few desserts). 3. As suggested in some reviews, we wanted to rent bikes. The residence does not offer bikes for rent, but promptly provided contacts for a bike rental. The daily bike rental cost is 55€ (for two bikes: 110€ per day), while a car rental is 34-65€ per day. In addition to being quite expensive, the bike renting did not seem feasible for us as the roads around are very hilly (lots of ups and downs) and there is a lot of car traffic to get into Florence. We did not rent a car because we didn't want to stress out with car rental for just 2 days in Florence. We ended up using bus to move during the day and taxi to go back to the residence at night (approx. 20€ from city centre to the residence). 4. Water in the room is not complimentary (2euro per small bottle), which is unusual for the high price of the rooms. We had tap water.
