- SY (9/5): My family really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this place. And will return next year. And good things must be shared- so w - -I will give a 10/10 for location- close to many amenities and Chatswood station is just 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.
-The apartment is facing the Concourse and not the street so the view is great.
-Westfield Mall is a stone away and you don’t need to go to city to fulfill your shopping need.
-Food wise- spoilt for choices. Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and the local breakfast serves in the cafes is so good so diet needs to take a rain check.
- we have morning visitors - 4-8 Cockatoos which is a lovely sight to see when we have our brekkie.
-Alan is a fantastic host who is willing to go an extra mile for his customer- very responsive to enquiries and feedback.
- Daniel (9/5): Great location and transport is easy. - It’s perfect size for small family Unclear parking spot to park the car as all the parking spot marked reserved. Anyhow, the easiest to park maybe on level A or B1 instead.

Location was perfect as close to many public transport and restaurant options. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If the check in time can be earlier that would make it even better.

Super handy location, easy walk to train station, with fast metro train to CBD, close to lots of shopping centres, cultural centre next door, cinemas nearby and many restaurants.

- Catherine (9/5): Very convenient, spacious apartment in the heart of Chatswood. - We stayed here for the convenience of location to the Chatswood Concourse. My daughter had 2 full days of dancing and it was the perfect place to be able to go in and out when required. The just Alan gave us good instructions and it was very easy to check in and out. - Hk (5/5): meet opur needs and was good for the price - reception is dedicated to the other owners and permament residents. They are rude and not interested to help guest doing short term rents. On arrival i pulled into the bag drop and asked the reception where the entrance to the car park was located. They said you should know fromn rental host and not our issue to help you. All i needed to know is that it was 100m up the road.

- Graeme (8/5): Enjoyable stay, close to everything. - Loved the central location in Chatswood. Short walk to shops and great eating venues. Added bonus being so close to the train station for a trip into the central Sydney cbd. Coming home.
- Dianne (10/5): Perfectly Placed with an excellent host - Central Chatswood easy access to tube / everything close by It is part of a Hotel - the Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful whilst staying a Chinese family with no English could not get their key to work - both the female receptionist and the male receptionist were beyond rude to them and left them sitting in foyer for 5 hours refusing to help them they just kept saying you should have booked direct / I ended up using google translate to help them and call the booking agent who had sent the hotel maintenance manager an email 4 hours before to recode key / i handed phone to the little upstart of a receptionist (male) who promptly told the booking agent that maintenance don’t work weekends - THANK GOD we had an amazing host in ALAN his responses were immediate and our stay was seamless / our key did not work in lift but we had a second key / when we told reception they were like ‘oh year that happens’ just an abismal attitude towards non direct guests.
