MoLin (8/5): - 淋浴設備沒有密封，淋浴總是潑灑到外面，弄得浴室地板濕答答的。爐子火力很弱，沒辦法同時使用兩個鍋子，使用靠外的爐子甚至會壓到爐子開關，導致開關也被加熱，燙到手好幾次了。
Amanda (8/5): Central Melbourne Apartment - Great location and amazing view. Apartment had good facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, balcony, full kitchen. Had trouble collecting the key from locker located several blocks from apartment. Lack of information regarding full address and how to access the apartment. Parts of the apartment were not clean, couldn't change channels on tv. Communication was limited.

Elizabeth (6/5): Poorly furnished, unwelcoming but great location - Location. View. Pool on roof top Faulty, dangerous bed-side light. Side table with broken leg. “Rickety” and overly warn dining chairs. Verandah covered in bird faeces and no verandah furniture. Very dim bathroom lighting at the mirror where you need it. The sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was conflict with the “Wyndham” hotel whose rooms are in the same building. The text I received from this property’s management before arriving was very very long with unfriendly language. Damaged crockery, very untidy cupboards bulging with linen. No tea towel
