• Anneli (1/5): Dålig upplevelse och kontakt med värden. Inget bra stöd från Booking. Booking borde stå på kundens sida och rensa bort o - VARNING! Innan vi bokade och anlände kollade vi upp om standarden och möblerna på terrassen var utbytta pga tidigare recensioner. Svaret blev ja, men NEJ. Möblerna var sönder, glas trasiga, standarden låg. Vi fick vattenläcka efter två dagar. Ingen el heller. Det upptäcktes på kvällen när vi kom hem. Det gick inte att kontakta värden, däremot ringde vi ett emergency-nummer. Vi flyttade ut och tog in på hotell pga att vi inte kunde bo i en lägenhet utan el och vatten i hela köket och allrum. Vi blev avbokade av värden, fick betala avgift för sen avbokning, och varken Booking eller värden vill stödja i hotellkostnaden eller backa avgiften. Vi bodde i lägenheten 2 av 4 nätter.vi avbokade inte! Nu återkopplar inte värden Dani på något vi skriver. Under all kritik! Standarden är väldigt slitet, terassmöblerna är sönder, vinglas är sönder mm. Wifi uruselt
• Taina (1/5): Huono - Sijainti on hyvä. Kuvat eivät vastaa todellisuutta. Asunto on kulunut, terassille johtaa jyrkät raput ja terassi on likainen ja kalusteet rikkinäiset. Ilmastointilaitteet eivät pysy päällä, astiat likaiset, yksi huoneista ravintolan yläpuolella joten meluisa. Rappukäytävään pääsee kuka vain joten ei ole turvallista. Hinta törkeän korkea. Hajuhaitta. Kontaktoitu asiasta vuokraajaa, ei vastaa.

• Keith (9/5): Right in the historic centre with the best roof terrace - The roof terrace and its views were magnificent The beds were a little uncomfortable but ok for short stay

• Iván Cascant (6/5): Turistada - La ubicación es muy buena, al igual que su terraza. No nos gustó nada el trato que nos dieron a la hora de gestionar una salida tardía. Íbamos a correr la Maratón (como muchos otros ese fin de semana) y la solución que nos ofrecieron para un late checkout (hasta las 13h) fue cobrarnos 450€ adicionales. Una auténtica barbaridad que refleja la actitud de este alojamiento por rentabilizar hasta el último minuto. Además, nos confirmaron días antes que no tenían ninguna reserva para nuestra fecha de salida. Además, el alojamiento no estaba especialmente limpio ni bien acondicionado: tuvimos que volver a fregar toda la vajilla y salir a comprar papel higiénico, bolsas de basura y jabón… solo para una estancia de dos noches

Sammantaget ändå bra värde för pengarna. - Fantastisk utsikt och utrymme på takterassen, bra planlösning och gemensamma utrymmen. Centralt läge. Smidigt att checka in och ut samt en kontaktperson som var snabb att svara på våra frågor. Lägenheten hade absolut kunnat fräschas upp något, särskilt de soffan och kuddarna på takterassen. En diskmaskin hade också uppskattats.

• Joan (7/5): Fantastic location but furniture on roof top terrace poor. - Location was great. Good value for 3 bedrooms The furniture on the roof terrace was old and some of it broken which put us off using the roof terrace

• Jill (7/5): Good - Great to have the roof terrace. Walls slightly dirty in main room and water stains in shower room. Wouldn't take long to give a quick paint. No washing up liquid so suggest small amount to be supplied as only stayed 3 nights. Would have preferred dishwasher instead of a washing machine. Great location

• Ola (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and nice terrace with a shower. The AC didn't work all night, so we had to restart it every hour or so which was a bit tough for the sleep... The apartment is in need of a refreshing paint as it has become a bit well-worn.

We had been sent an incorrect code to gain entry. extremely poor customer service. It took hours to get in.. pure luck we did eventually. We were also overcharged. Absolutely no chance of going backs
