• Zakariya (9/5): Excellent stay with friendly host - The host (Mikail) was great and easily reachable. The Chalet was spacious and more than what we expected. Kids enjoyed the Cinema and streaming service. All facility were great and helpful. There was some construction nearby which was a bit noisy in the early morning. It was not as close to the downtown as we wish.

Plenty of space (and hot water!) for the 9 of us. Fun theatre room. Mikhail responded immediately to any inquiry via WhatsApp and even sent a video to orient us to the house. Space for 2 cars. 100% recommend! Nothing!

Mikhail was an excellent host/guide who was very accommodating. Building work nearby stated a bit early. This should be completed in a short period of time.

• Ashwin (10/5): Exceptional - Boutique Alpi is simply a dream! From the moment you step inside, you notice how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything is – you feel right at home. What impressed me the most was the cozy atmosphere: it was warm, the fireplace was already lit, and the scent of wood filled the air. The chalet exudes a welcoming coziness that you rarely experience so intensely. Whether you want to relax after a long day outside or simply unwind, this place is perfect for it. I can only highly recommend it – an unforgettable stay!

Absolutely not an exaggeration. - Our stay in Garmisch was amazing, starting with our arrival at the chalet where Michael met us with the keys, opened the garage door for us upon arrival, and even had a Christmas tree put up and a fire in the fireplace when we walked in. He showed us around the amazing modern property (yes the theater and sauna are real), explaining how everything worked and left us his cell number in case we had any questions during our 5- day stay. When we did text him with questions, he always responded within just a few minutes. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for the best Italian restaurant in town that was a 5-minute walk from the chalet, as well as ideas for things to do in the area based on the upcoming weather for the week. The home itself is in a quiet area, but within a block of the train station. Venues we visited within a 5-minute walk are the Italian restaurant (Renzo...phenomenal), an Irish pub, and a bakery for morning pastries. The downtown shopping area is also within walking distance, but probably a 15 minute walk. We drove it, however, and parking was plentiful even during the Christmas market season. We travel a lot, both stateside and overseas, and this was probably our best experience ever when combining both the property and the host. Upon departure, Michael again met us at the property to pick up the keys and ask us about our week, bringing us a farewell gift of German pretzels from the bakery. Honestly, nothing. Hmmm, wait. The home includes a wine cooler, and while fully stocked with all kitchen wares to include a wine aerator, there was actually no corkscrew. But no worries. We purchased one downtown and donated it to the home.

• An (10/5): Great alpine experience stay for large families. - We loved all the room for our large family, the kitchen amenities, the movie room, and the garage parking. We brought two vehicles and there was also outside garage parking for the other. The big entryway mud room and storage is perfect for equipment or just all of your coats, boots, and shopping bags. The floor heating was also nice. Anything that wasn’t right was fixed the same day. We were very well taken care of here.
