- Airaxyin (5/5): Passable - Location to facilities Cleanliness is poor. Ants problem Place is dusty and not well maintained. Shower head is hanging on the thread. Extra mattress is stored in helpers room which could not be closed. We did not use it as it is dusty Mattress is of poor quality so we ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. No microwave as well.
- Delina (6/5): Space is good but run down - The house is big enough for 12 pax 1. The toilets should be repaired properly. The master bedroom water tap is not working. Toilets are pretty run down compared to the nice exterior of the living room 2. The place is full of ants especially in the kitchen 3. The mattress and pillow are extremely uncomfortable in the rooms.

- Antony (9/5): Overall we are all enjoyed the holidays at this stay - Apartment location and the nearby amenities are awesome Apartment is spacious and clean Nice Kitchen Nice Swimming pool Extra Beds are Good Apartment Securities are strict & Friendly Only Chinese can able to use the Projector (all in Chinese language) No Microwave oven, very minimum utensils and not even able to make an Indian Tea. No bidet spray in the toilets.
