Priscila (8/5): Nice apartment - Functional apartment with all the basics you need. Fresh toilet, bathroom, bathtub, towels and bed linen. Convenient location if you need proximity to the airport: 20 min by train to the airport and 20 min by tram/metro to the touristic zones. Nice touch from the hosts by providing some tips before the check-in. Easy self check-in and check-out. Instructions for the heating system are incomplete; it was really cold, but we were able to figure it out on the second day by downloading the manual on the internet. The elevator did not work during our entire stay and the apartment is on the 4th floor. We found something that looked like the bathtub stopper in the back of a kitchen cabinet, it would be nice to have a propper one in the bathroom. The bed squeaks a lot.

Patricia (9/5): Good clean and comfortable Vienna apartment. - Our hostess went the extra mile to ensure easy check in by providing pictures of each step. She was very responsive to messages. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Having a washing machine available for our use came in handy. Initially I worried that the location was too far from central Vienna. However, my fears were quickly allayed when I saw how close to the U3 underground train it was.
