- Angela (5/5): I have rented out other apartments in the area I enjoyed more and I consider were newer and better. - The apartment is well equipped. It has a balcony with ocean front view. The master bedroom is a very good size with private bathroom and access to the balcony and view to the ocean. The second bedroom has its private bathroom. The water pressure is very good and has hot water. Direct access to the beach and ocean. Next to the building is a mini market opened from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Great location. The building is older than other buildings in the area. The structural design of the apartment I didn’t really care for ,,, old apartment design. The pool area is not inviting it is an old pool and small. The blackout curtains were not working. Unpleasant because of lack of privacy. There is another building really close ,,, however they were fixed quickly. The lock of the main door entrance is difficult to open and close. I have rented out other apartments in the area more modern and newer buildings.
