Tenho plena ciência das condições climáticas recentes, especialmente do período chuvoso que tem afetado praticamente todo o estado, ainda mais em imóveis localizados à beira-mar. O imóvel estava bastante humido. De modo geral, tudo estava organizado e em ordem.
