• Merinel (10/5): Highly recommended place to stay in Melbourne - Very good convenient location with the tram right outside that takes you to the main interesting places. We had a fantastic stay at Jerry's place. It's clean , close to everything you need while on holiday like Wollies( the Oz supermarket) cafes and the bottleshop:) I suggest going for a walk to DFO you'll find a picture perfect spot of the city. Jerry also is always there to give you recommendations and all, he'll look after you:) Thank you and we will be back again! nothing, everything was perfect!

• rowan (8/5): A great reasonably priced city stay for easygoing people who are happy to share with host - Comfortable room, excellent location, great view and friendly easygoing host. Parking is a great bonus for those who drive to the city for their stay. It would be nice if there were just a couple of little extras like a coffee/tea station in the kitchen to make guests feel welcome to have a coffee or tea in the morning and some water glasses ready for guests use.
• catty (10/5): Above and beyond - The host was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean with an amazing view over Doclands & a comfortable bed that I got a much needed sleep in. It's in a fantastic location & has great facilities. I would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne. It was above and beyond.

• Habib (10/5): Very comfortable and welcoming and well put together. - It was absolutely beautiful and Jerry was the best host ever! Everything was great I loved it.
• Alfredo (8/5): Very good - Proximity to CBD was excellent, going back to Docklands was very easy and that part was quiet away from the noise of the city. The apartment’s view was also stunning. The parking space allotted saved us worries of looking for parking. Jerry was very friendly to us when we met him the next morning. Housekeeping could be improved but overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.
• Loris (9/5): Perfect to visit Melbourne with good facilities and location. - The location is perfect, the tramway is just in front of the building to join the center in a few minutes. The view is really beautiful, like everything (the gym, pool, and appartment). Jerry is is attentive and was very discreet, we had the impression that we had the flat to ourselves. The flat could be cleaner but it was still very good.

Location is perfect with it being in the docklands but it’s in a nice quiet area. Jerry is always at hand if you have questions or need help with anything. A top guy, who went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in nice and easy. Couldn’t recommend Jerry enough!! 10/10

• Graeme (10/5): Great accommodation. - Location was great. Free tram to the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. I couldn't find the vanity basin plug and couldn't lock the bathroom door.

Couldn't find an oven-proof dish, so the kitchen lacked certain items to make it feel like a home away from home. Mugs all in dishwasher were dirty so no clean mugs to use. It would have been nice to have been warned about the one-way system. We parked outside the apartment building to get the key but then couldn't seem to find the road where the parking entrance was without going around the block again.

• Madelaine (8/5): Very good - The view was amazing! And the bed was super comfy! There is a nice pool ans jacuzzi in the basement! You can't lock the bedroom door or the bathroom door! So you just have to hope.that the host isn't gonna come in at any time! That made me a bit uncomfortable!

• Khan (5/5): Thanks for the stay, and it was a small critique which should improve your business. - Location, access to public transport, and quiet l. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the marks on the walls and carpet and that the sheets were dark brown. This was a small thing, but being in hospitality for a few years, it's just the unwritten rule that the sheets and towels should always be white. This is a psychological thing. It makes the guests feel like they are being treated special.
