• Cerys (6/5): Great location for Milan city centre and in the heart of Navigli. Would book for 1 night maximum. Loud noise of trams e - Amazing location. Easy to find and apartment was very clean. Contained everything we needed. The hosts were very quick with answers and messages when we needed it. Both beds were sofa beds (as advertised) which didn’t bother us until we heard the squeaking all night of noise with the slightest move. Not comfortable at all. Also a random lady kept buzzing the bell outside and knocking on our door. No hot water until our last day of stay either which wasn’t ideal. Very noisy with trams and traffic and loud people outside from bars.
• Edmund (6/5): Average - Location is good. Right beside the canal. Sunday Market was really good. Close to all public transport. Room was not completely clean. There was tablets on the floor in the sitting room. There was opened gel in the shower. No bed sheets for the second couch. The noise from the street was deafening between trams, ambulances and bars. The door buzzer rang at 7am and again at 9am on our final morning. Was not happy about that.

We really enjoyed our stay — it’s spacious, very clean, and cozy. Great location, only about 20 minutes to the city center. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

• Carlie (5/5): Amazing location - not great facilities - We couldn’t get into the building, there was instructions on how to get through the apartment door … but there wasn’t a key left to get in to the actual building … had to wait outside for 45 minutes before a kind old man wondering past asked some neighbours if they had access. The hosts message was … I don’t know what to do I’m sorry… when we were messaging them To get in. The bed (sofa bed)) although relatively comfy … squeaked so bad every time you moved! And there was no cutlery … not even a teaspoon to make a cup of coffee. Only one toilet roll supplied. No iron or ironing board Basic is the best description
