• Evdokimos (8/5): - Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Με ωραία διακόσμηση. Κουζινα εξοπλισμενη. Ωραίο μπαλκονάκι. Και μοντέρνο και λειτουργικό μπανιο. Αν και φαινόταν καθαρό σε γενικες γραμμες το σπιτι. Τα σεντόνια φάνηκαν σαν να είχαν χρησιμοποιηθεί και να μην είχαν αλλαχτεί. Ίσως να έτυχε...

• claire (8/5): Very enjoyable stay - Apartment is in a good location and has a lovely decor. We had a great sleep each night during our stay as the bed was so comfy. The shower was also a welcome treat after our long walks around Athens exploring. Sofa was a bit small for a 2 bedroom apartment. You could not fit 4 people on it. Aldo there was no microwave.
• Stuart (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable, the owners provide everything you need. We only had one problem with the power but this was sorted out immediately. Convenient for the airport and main road also metro for access to central Athens.

• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (8/5): Ηρεμία - Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο της συγκεκριμένης περιοχής και το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα ενός σπιτιού. Με διακριτούς χώρους και ηρεμία - ησυχία στην γειτονιά. Γενικώς, ήταν μία καλή εμπειρία!!! Υπάρχουν δύο καταλύματα στην ίδια γωνία με την ίδια επωνυμία και οι ένοικοι του δεύτερου καταλύματος παραγγέλναν με την ίδια διεύθυνση και όλοι οι άνθρωποι που έκαναν delivery χτυπούσαν το δικό μου κουδούνι και αυτό έγινε 2 φορές το ίδιο βράδυ και ήταν αργά (το δεύτερο ήταν στις 12 τα μεσάνυχτα). Το δεύτερο είναι που μπορείτε να το έχετε ως βοήθεια για τους μη διαμένοντες στην Αθήνα είναι ότι μπορείτε να τους έχετε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για τον τρόπο που μπορούν να φθάσουν από το αεροδρόμιο στη Νέα Ιωνία και εν τέλει στο κατάλυμα (δεν είναι όλοι νέοι και δεν χειρίζονται όλοι με την ίδια άνεση το internet). Οπότε, μπορείτε να ενημερώνετε αναλυτικά ότι πρέπει να πάρουν πρώτα τον προαστιακό να κατέβουν σε μία συγκεκριμένη στάση και μετά να πάρουν το μετρό και ούτω καθεξής. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα!!!

• Jelena (9/5): Modern, spaceous and clean apartment - The apartment is super clean, and modern, and has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and has an exit to a very nice backyard. The hosts are extremely responsive and very kind. They made an effort to decorate the apartment and make it pleasant with many convenient and helpful details (washing machine, drying rack, iron, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich maker, large fridge with a freezer, good pillows and towels). It was easy to find parking in the street for free (in January). Our stay was in January and the apartment was too cold for me. The A/C could not reach the comfortable temperature after three days. The A/C is electronically set to return to 24 after a while if you set it higher. Movement detection sensors are in every room so the heating (and cooling) turns off if the apartment is empty. We returned to a cold space every day after being out for 6 hours. The earth-friendly apartment was not friendly to us :) I am sure all of this is not an issue during other seasons. The sensors (three in every room) made me feel as if I had a Big Brother watching over my every move (of course, this is just my feeling). The mattress in the bedroom is very soft, good for those who like that. In the end, it is quite dark and with no sun, since it is on the ground floor.

• Ilia (10/5): Exceptional - As a family of 4, we spent a week in Caravin apartments. The apartments are not far from the center with a metro station nearby, direct line to the major sightseeings. The hosts are amazing. They were available for a call very late in the evening when we needed to clarify the details to enter the apartments. Also, we had an issue with an AC in the night and Anna (the owner) were arranging a fix very early in the morning. The street where the apartment is is quite narrow, but the neighbouring ones are OK for parking. Parking on the streets nearby is free. Apartment is in a great condition, everything worked properly. It was good to have some snacks and coffee capsules available when we arrived. Also, the owners have a very nice wine shop/restaurant in the city center. So, make sure you drop in :) I'd like to thank Anna and Leoni for being such amazing hosts and making our Athens vacations even more enjoyable!

• Senera (10/5): Exeptional apartments to stay in beautiful Athens - The apartment location was perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. Ana was a super host always willing to help and assist us. She spoke English perfectly. The train station was pretty close...The apartments were accessible through online check in. The air conditioning was working through mobile control so our apartment was always warm when we arrived. Through the application they share you can book transfers or personal drivers so it's a hasslefree experience. Definitely would return soon and this is my favorite place to stay when i visit Athens.

Every little detail well thought through and executed. Very comfortable stay with my family. Good size apartment for the 4 of us. Host Leoni was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. Also very accommodating with requests. The coffee machine and welcome snack box was also a thoughtful generous addition. Thank you . Streets are narrow, which can be stressful when driving in a foreign city, especially Athens. This isnt a reflection of the apartment. Thankfully though we always found a parking spot close by at no cost and getting to the apartment isn't hard as it's just off a main road.
