• Federica (5/5): - Molto comodo, la linea M3 è proprio di fronte e la stazione centrale a poco più di 10 min di metro. L’arredamento è carino e la stanza pulita. L’acqua era molto difficile da regolare, a volte freddissima a volte bollente. Abbiamo fatto la doccia in due e quando toccava alla seconda persona a metà doccia è finita l’acqua calda. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato 3 blatte vicino al lavandino della cucina.

Quartier calme, au besoin à 5 minutes à pieds, grand super marché et petites boutiques. Contact par WhatsApp à l'arrivée pour la récupération des clefs, top. Manque une bouilloire. • Fortu (6/5): - Foarte aproape de statia de metrou. Se afla într-un cartier liniștit. Nu recomand cazarea in lunile de iarnă. Căldura se oprește peste noapte, deci este frig. Pilota era doar o cârpă între două cearceafuri. Aerul condiționat nu funcționează, nu există telecomanda pentru TV și se aude zgomotul de afară.

• Soccerboy90 (10/5): - Sehr moderne Unterkunft. Grösse ausreichend mit allem was man braucht (Küche, grosszügiges Bad). Unser Zimmer war weg von der Hauptstrasse und dadurch auch sehr leise. Die U-Bahnstation ist praktisch vor dem Haus. Der Preis ist für die Gegenleistung wirklich sehr gut. Der Vermieter gewährte uns zwar einen späteren Check-out um 11:30 (statt 10:00). Trotzdem stand das Putzpersonal um 10:30 in der Wohnung und wollte uns rausschicken.

• Eduard (8/5): Апартаменты, с потенциалом к улучшению. - В номере было все необходимое: холодильник, микроволновая печь, электроплитка, посуда, кофейный капсульный автомат с капсулами и сахаром, столовая посуда, кастрюли, сковородка, столовые приборы, моющее средство и губка для посуды, достаточно шкафов, постель, полотенца, душ, туалет. Чисто. Заселение и выселение - самостоятельное, что имеет, как плюсы, так и минусы. Рядом станция метро и недалеко есть продовольственные магазины. Апартаменты могу рекомендовать для кратковременного проживания, если не испугают минусы описанные ниже. Первое, что заставило нервничать - это процедура регистрации. Очень много персональных данных потребовали оставить на стороннем сервисе. На столько вопросов я еще ни в одном отеле мира не отвечал. Плюс загрузка копий паспортов. К тому же, налог за проживание нужно было не оставить в отеле наличными, как указанно в описании, а отдельно оплатить онлайн на какой то платформе. Все это заставляет заподозрить в попытке кражи персональных данных. И если что то произойдет с моим счетом, то первое подозрение падет на хозяина апартаментов. Так что, если мои подозрения безосновательны, то рекомендую хозяину пересмотреть условия регистрации жильцов и оплаты сбора. Также, доставила неудобство плохая конструкция слива в унитазе, которая создает низкий напор воды. Очень тяжело было настроить температуру воды в душе, плохая звукоизоляция окон и шум на улице. Не работали батареи и мы не нашли пульт от кондиционера. Электрическая розетка есть только с одной стороны кровати, что затрудняет зарядку телефона во время сна второму человеку. Все это было не критично, но я считаю, что нужно на этом заострить внимание хозяина.

The closest operational metro was a 15 minute walk - Crescenzago metro. Cimiano closed. Quiet area. The advertised facilities did not match the reality, but I paid for them. Feeling ripped off. Almost $600 Australian for two nights I normally do not complain, but given what I paid for this accommodation. Not a happy traveller. Very very bijou space. The bathroom was almost as big as the living space. Limited communication from "host". Contrary to the description in the booking: No natural light, no views, like staying in a dungeon, no dishwasher, no additional toilet (not that I needed it), no dressing room (whatever that means), no tumble dryer no socket near bed, no quilt or blanket, no tea towel to dry dishes, nothing to use in the microwave. Traveller beware..... Expect it may be a case of no resident host or the alleged host is a property manager for the owner.

• Sarah (6/5): Did not feel overly safe but for price comparison it was one of the better options in Milan due to availability - I liked how modern and clean this felt, small but had most things we needed. Aircon worked wonders however the TV did not work for us during our stay. LOTs of storage in this place. There is a big supermarket just around the corner a short 2 minute walk away and a nice local Italian behind the building approx 5 mins walk away. You could hear others in the other rooms due to the thinness of the walls, we were short of toilet paper. We booked this as it is right opposite a train station however we discovered the station was closed when we got there and the nearest one was a 10-15 minute walk. We booked this last minute so there wasn’t much availability in Milan at the time and personally thought it was extremely expensive but post founding out it was F1 weekend it now makes more sense.

Easy communication with the owner, always responding, and easy checkin. Parking available for free around the area, in the white marking areas, or for a fee at a nearby location. I had the feeling the building is not really well isolated, so there was a lot of noise especially from the main road (I had the first apartment)

• Luca (8/5): Very good - It was a clean and a new apartment. The location is quiet but still in quick reach of the city centre. It was a very nice neighborhood. The hallway was very noisy when people walked through. And the front door woke us up multiple times. The kitchen supplies were incomplete. We missed handsoap, a tea towel and there was no sharp knife for cutting. There were only 2 glasses. We also came out short with toilet paper which was very inconvenient!

The location aswell was perfect - 10 minute walk from either metro line, which took you directly into Milan Central. Perfect My only problem was the heat of the room, that was all, the ac worked fine but due to the heat I outside I think it became very difficult to cool the full room down

I stood outside in the rain and dark while I communicated with someone on WhatsApp. They provided a code that I needed to push a code on my phone on site and then at the door to get in the building. I usually stay in the city center and was looking for something different, a neighborhood. But the apartment is on a main street near to a gas station and the community is several blocks away. I have been traveling for 5 weeks and this was the least clean abode. Didn't have hand soap until the next day after I made a request.

• Damipe (8/5): Was a nice convenient place for a solo traveller. can't complain for what I paid - location was very good, 2 minute walk from the metro station room was warm, shower pressure and temperature also good Cutlery, pots and pans, and microwave were all very convenient beds were too warm, I sweated a lot and no change of bedding would have liked the room to be a bit quieter at night, can hear a decent amount of street noise
• Yizhi (8/5): Very good - The room is clean. and the cleaning staffs are friendly The check in process is not straightforward. I first received a message of a check-in password without a check-in link, and then the link came just few days before my arrival. I received a message of paying tax by cash by leaving it on table, then I received a link to pay tax. And eventually, I need to call the staff uppon arravel for check-in. Quite complicated.

• Ionel (9/5): Lovely stays in milano - The room(flat) was very clean. You have everything you need in the flat. The location is very good. The metro is basically 20 meters from the building and in 10 minutes you can get in milano centrale with the metro. The flat is well equipped with everything you need. Utensils for cooking, plates, spoons, forks, knives,pans, bowls microwave, a table with chair where you can have your meals. Bed very comfortable and hot shower. Is not a 10 but definitely a 9+.
