- Finbarr (2/5): Terrible - Good location Check in process horrendous. They knew I desperately needed to check in a bit earlier as was just off a long haul flight and they said they would try and it would depend on what time the cleaner would finish- it was 4.20pm when we checked in and it was very clear the cleaner had finished much earlier as we had been waiting outside the property for an hour. I had to ring repeatedly to find out how to get in- they said I had to complete a damage deposit or waiver first which was not publicised anywhere, and was £250. Unbelievable. Window in room was cracked. Shower very poor. Tiny space.
